  I’ve been servicing my 2024 Crosstrek at Hanania since moving here in 2024 and have been very happy with them. I was in a horrific accident in April. We were rear ended by a pickup and pushed into another pickup and my Crosstrek caught fire. My husband, 3 dogs and I were able to get out because of the excellent safety features. So there was no doubt in my mind that I would replace my 2024 Crosstrek with a new one, and that I would purchase it from Hanania. This was my first purchase from Hanania Subaru and it was truly the most pleasant car buying experience I have had. And there have been a lot of them! Muhaab was my salesperson. He was knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly. The entire process took just a little over 2 hours. Muhaab coordinated with the finance team and when it was time to sign, the paperwork was ready to go and the car was detailed and waiting for me. Martin made the finance process so quick and easy! I love my 2026 Crosstrek Hybrid and highly recommend Hanania Subaru and Muhaab and Martin.

  Best, easiest, most painless car buying experience yet! Brandon was our guy, helped and guided us to the end of the process without being pushy. You’re the best, Brandon! Matthew offered us so many incentives, made it hard to say no/never mind/maybe next year. Thank you, Matthew! And finally, Martin wrapped everything up for us without trying to upsell us. He was straightforward about suggesting what we might need. Thank you, Martin, we’ll see you at church! Everybody was sincere, we did not feel like we were getting pressured into anything or being tricked into anything. We had a 2020 Subaru Forester that we got serviced here, which is why we were here last Monday. We left with a 2026 Subaru Outback Wilderness! We love it!   We bought a 2025 Subaru Outback in December of last year (2025) and the experience has been fantastic. From the initial Sales interaction with Ian Rossby to today, our first Service visit, with Dan Renfroe, the overall experience has been outstanding. Dan set up an appointment for us and let me know the approximate wait time before I arrived. He was very flexible about dates and times and I had some flexibility, too, so it worked out well. We had our six month/six thousand miles visit and were told it would take about 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 hours if I wanted to wait (much better than our previous local Toyota dealer). We were in and out in an hour and a quarter. They took great care to keep my car clean and protected during service...(We keep our vehicle in exceptional condition) and appreciated it greatly. We were also offered a complimentary car wash, a very nice finishing touch. The lounge was nice with snacks, waters, and coffees, and there was also nice outdoor seating if you wished. I took some time to sit and read a bit and before I knew it, I had a text saying my car would be around in a few minutes. If the rest of my experiences mirror this one, we made a great choice, not only with Subaru, but especially with Ian and Dan at Hanania Subaru. Additionally, my experiences with Parts to pick up a few items have been enjoyable, as well. Well done everyone!

  Excellent experience! They gave me an out the door price over the phone and through email within 10 minutes of me asking. Andrew was excellent and provided amazing service. Clear transparency on all of our questions and put this deal together extremely fast! The finance manager Mr. Couch was amazing as well. Full explanations of all questions and was able to explain all details on optional packages/warrantys in layman's terms to keep it simple. This team showed 100% transparency and did it professionally while not being stern pushy salesman. 10/10 will recommend this place to anyone looking and have made our first subaru purchase a great experience! Thank you guys!
