  I love my new Kia whip! My beautiful Kia Sales Consultant Cherry sold me my new car! Awesome experience from Cherry. She had the best if not the greatest Customer service ever! I’m so excited to drive my new Kia to National parks and have exciting adventures with it! Thanks again to the wonderful and pretty sales lady Cherry! If anyone is looking for a new Whip ask for Cherry she is the best

  My boyfriend and I had a great experience working with Gregory Murphy. From the moment we walked in, he was friendly, professional, and really easy to talk to, no pressure at all. Even though we were buying a pre owned car, Gregory treated us with the same level of respect and patience as if we were buying brand new. What really stood out was how efficient everything was. Gregory made the whole process smooth and straightforward, we came in, agreed on the price we wanted, got the paperwork done, and were out the door with the keys in about 2 hours. Overall, highly recommend asking for Gregory Murphy if you want a straightforward, no hassle car buying experience. He even joked that if we give him a few more months to build up his reps, he’ll be able to hook us up with even more gifts and incentives next time, so we might just have to come back and test that out 😄

  Me & my husband had a wonderful experience with Emiliano & Ruben both very helpful with all the information/process. Customer service is awesome! they go above and beyond to help you! We’re truly blessed and grateful for their support and dedication! We are very excited to begin new family adventures/moments in our new TWO cars KIA K5 GT line & KIA Sportage hybrid!   I highly recommend Hanlees. I am really happy with my Kia Sportage hybrid. Cherry made the process super streamlined. She worked around my schedule and saved me a lot of time communicating via email and text. Jason in finance was also terrific. Signing the documents was quick and easy.

  I honestly don’t even know where to start with how frustrating this experience has been. Buying a brand new car is supposed to be exciting, but this dealership managed to turn it into a complete nightmare. Within two days of driving the car (2026 Kia K5 GT-Line) off the lot, it had to go straight back into the shop. The low engine oil light came on after only Two days. And to make it even worse, the car didn’t even have 300 miles on it the first time it needed service. That is completely unacceptable for something sold as “brand new.” Now here we are, and the car has already been back in the shop twice. A new wiring harness needs to be replaced & they are making me wait until May 24th for a new one. For a brand new vehicle, It really makes you question what kind of inspection (if any) was done before handing over the keys. On top of that, the communication from the service department is terrible. No updates, no clear answers, and no sense of urgency. Trying to get information feels like pulling teeth. Cesar in particular has been extremely difficult to deal with, poor communication, vague responses, and no follow-through. You’re left constantly chasing updates instead of being taken care of like a paying customer should be. And don’t even get me started on the manager, AJ. Completely unavailable. It feels like he’s actively dodging us. Calls aren’t returned, concerns aren’t addressed, and there’s zero accountability. When you’re dealing with repeated issues on a brand new car, the least you expect is a manager who will step in and make things right. That has not happened here. What makes this even worse is how they treat my wife compared to me. I sent her to speak with them while the vehicle was in the shop and she even cried in the dealership from how bad she was mistreated. They were dodging all of her questions and ignoring her completely. This is her car, yet the staff consistently directs conversations toward me instead of her, even when she’s the one aski
