  I drove 1.5 hours to get to this dealership, and it was worth it. Ryan and Shane are amazing people. Ryan went above and beyond to help me. This was the first of three dealerships that I stopped at on my hunt for a used vehicle, and the respect and friendliness that I was shown from Ryan and Shane is the exact reason that I ended up back at this dealership two days later and walked away with a brand new 2026 Ram 2500. I would feel comfortable sending my wife and her mother here without me to purchase a car, because I know they would be treated fairly and respectfully. I bought three vehicles from the Dodge dealer in the town that I live in, but when I went back to look for a truck this time, the dealership was under new ownership, and they acted as if I was not worth their time. The joke was on them. I had money and great credit. They also lost a lifetime customer, but Hayes of Gainesville gained a lifetime customer. I paint cars for a living so I asked Ryan if he could get me a few pictures and send them to me because we all know what we see on the internet is not always what you are getting. Lol Instead he pulled the truck out, rinsed it off and took some video showing me how it looked in the sun on one side and shade on the other. This was important because this particular red (Molten Red Pearl) has 2 different colored red pearls in it so the sun really pops when it hits it. Then he took a video of the inside explaining all the options that this truck came with. He even remembered the little details like what kind of phone I have (that is important for connecting to the audio system) and he remembered about the dual climate control, which most married couples appreciate I am sure. Lol That is the kind of pride, workmanship, and respect these people have for their customers.   Enrique and the team at Hayes were very responsive to my text about a specific vehicle and made time to meet with us while also working with other customers. Great job. Very courteous, kind and got us the deal we wanted.

  I would like to share my experience in a respectful and constructive way. There seems to be a clear disconnect between the service department and the extended warranty team. As a customer, I purchased an extended warranty specifically to cover defects like the issue I experienced with the Uconnect system. However, when I brought my vehicle in, the service department focused on charging diagnostic fees and stated that the repair was not covered, without properly coordinating with the warranty provider. This creates confusion and frustration, especially when the issue should fall under warranty coverage. It feels like the responsibility is being passed around instead of resolved, resulting in delays and additional costs for the customer. Additionally, it has been almost two months since my last visit to the dealership, and the issue still has not been resolved. I am still waiting for a call to move forward with the repair. I believe better communication between departments would significantly improve the customer experience and ensure that warranty coverage is handled fairly and efficiently.

  The office staff is truly amazing! Lori, Fraiser, Keith and the folks in the shop are wonderful folks to work with! They did a fabulous job on my 2020 Blazer after a deer about totaled my car! I couldn't ask for better folks to work on my car. Thank you again!

  I want to start by saying that the sales team and buying the truck was amazing. I purchased a new Ram 2500 in December. I called about a particular truck the day before and had a appointment the next day. I was in and out of there in a couple of hours. Price of the truck was the best around. So, thank you to the sales team. Now here is the reason for the 2 star review. I have a maintenance plan that I purchased with the truck. I scheduled an appointment to have the service completed. There was also a recall that needed to be performed on the truck as well. I wanted to have both completed at the same time, since i live 45+ minutes away. I was informed by the lady at the service department that they would try and notify me if it was possible. My appointment was a few days away and I had not heard whether the recall would be done and I didn't want to make 2 trips. So I decided to call and get verification. The initial gentleman that answered the phone was snarky with all of his responses. He then transferred me to a lady that may or may not have been the first woman I spoke to. She was also extremely rude and made it feel as if I was an inconvenience to her. I had another question about the truck and asked if they'd be able to help me with it. Again with the snarky remarks I was discarded and told that we can address that on the appointment day. She also told me that the part actually wasn't ordered and I should have just waited for a phone call. I decided I would no longer work with Hayes service department. I had read my maintenance contract and it is possible to return the plan. I called the finance department to get them to return it, because the plan was only for their specific dealership. When I requested the return, they tried to talk me out of it and then reluctantly informed me they could make it nation wide. As I told them, I would no longer work with their service department.
