  Got in an accident on February 15. Due to parts delays, 4 months later I finally got my truck back. The shop did a great job on the repairs. Staff was extremely friendly through the process. Truck came back to me cleaner than when I bought it new.

  I’ve bought three cars from Hayes Chrysler, and I must say the sales team is the best in town! A special shout-out to Jose — he’s one of the nicest and most helpful people you could ever meet. The buying experience has always been smooth and pleasant. However, the vehicle parts and maintenance department is a different story. Their prices are very expensive, and unfortunately, the maintenance staff isn’t friendly and tends to discriminate, which makes the experience frustrating and disappointing. Overall, I highly recommend Hayes Chrysler if you’re looking to buy a car, but I would be cautious when it comes to maintenance services.

  I’ve never experienced such a laid back, no pressure type dealership like Hayes. I got a great deal on my 2025 Ram 2500 Laramie and D-Bone and Mike were awesome to work with. Hayes was over 3 hour drive but well worth it and will be at the top of my list for future purchases.

  Bought a 2026 Dodge Durango GT Plus AWD HEMI V8 Sales Manager: Dino Curic, Salesman: Amir Bajraktarevic, Finance: Brian Martin. We called Dino at 9:00 AM and asked him if he could get the Durango that we had picked out online brought to the Hayes-Lawrenceville location. Amir went and got the vehicle and we met Amir at the Hayes-Lawrenceville location at 11:30 AM. We test drove the vehicle, worked out the trade-in value on our vehicle, and had the deal agreed upon with no problems. The price and the discounts that Hayes advertised, were what we ended up paying. They even gave us additional discounts for being Costco members, senior citizens, having a trade-in, and being a current CDJR owner. Brian helped us get 0% financing and tailored an extended warranty to meet our needs. Overall, it was a great car buying experience.
