“I dreaded shopping for a new car and put it off as long as I could. A coworker said she had a pleasant experience at Headquarter Mazda, so I checked them out online. I found the car I was looking for at a lower price than I had found anywhere. I hesitantly chatted with them, expecting a bot, and got a REAL human!! She had Marino call me to confirm the car I wanted and sent me a quote. I was expecting it to be higher than the price listed on the website (because other dealers have done that), but it was the price I saw. I made an appointment, still skeptical that they would add on a bunch of fees, but I went anyway. Jose took my wife and I for a ride. Traffic was bad, so we went farther than usual to find a rural road for my wife to give it a try. We decided to buy it, if the price didn't change. IT DIDN'T!!! We bought the car we wanted for a truly no haggle price, and though we went pre-approved for a loan from our bank, Mike, the finance guy got us a better deal.
