“I visited Hebert's Express Lane this afternoon for a new tire and received stellar service. I was feeling stressed because I'd been sitting on the side of the interstate with two kids for over an hour waiting for roadside assistance. Nick at the front desk was immediately calming and helpful. He listened to my situation and explained everything to me. He is polite and professional. He has the best interpersonal skills I've ever seen. I watched him calm down another lady who had been in a wreck who had come in after me. This is not the first time I've had positive experiences with this shop. John and Kyle were my service technicians and they got my new tire put on much quicker than I was expecting.
