  I don’t write reviews often, but this experience absolutely warranted it. I set out looking to trade my Ford Mach‑E in and get myself back into a truck, fully expecting to stay with Ford—I’ve been a loyal Ford customer for a long time. Unfortunately, my experience with Capital Ford of Charlotte was the complete opposite of what you’d hope for or expect from a loyal customer. They barely entertained my trade (despite selling me a rebranded title previously), and made little to no effort to retain my business or rebuild trust. That’s where Hendrick Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Fiat of Concord completely changed the game. Mike Gerlack (Sales Rep), the Sales Manager (also named Mike), and Tim in Finance went above and beyond from the start. Not only did they take my trade seriously, they worked with me every step of the way and ultimately put me into a higher-MSRP truck with more features and better overall value than I was expecting. What stood out most was how they treated me—like I’d been a longtime customer, not someone walking in for the first time. No pressure, no runaround, just straight, professional, and genuinely customer-focused service. Big thanks to Mike, Mike, and Tim for making the entire process seamless and actually enjoyable. I would highly recommend Hendrick CDJR Concord without hesitation. And I would strongly suggest steering clear (no pun intended) of Capital Ford Charlotte.

  Over the years, I’ve grown apprehensive about car dealerships and the overall experience at them, but Christian Sayles has restored my faith. From start to finish, he was very attentive and helpful with my purchasing experience. I had to wait on the vehicle I purchased to be reconditioned, and Christian kept me informed every step of the way and was very transparent about the process. All of my concerns were addressed, and the experience was good from start to finish. To add, this dealership was actually very transparent with pricing and there weren’t any BS fees. It was just the price of the preowned vehicle, and then taxes + registration + a standard admin fee and I am very appreciative of them not tacking on extra profit to try to get one over on the customer.

  Michael Gerlack thank you so much for a pleasurable no pressure no hassle purchasing experience. For the dealership, Hendrick was awesome, they have a great reputation for a reason, they made my purchase fun and enjoyable. Cracked some jokes and there was never any pressure. I have always been pretty loyal to one dealership (see my other reviews) but these guys at Hendrick blew them away price, quality and response time wise. For the vehicle, they were sticker priced below the competition, made my decision easy! Well done everyone at team Hendrick!

  Mark Keeling was my sales associate at Hendrick Auto and I am beyond thrilled with his service. Very professional but in. NO way was he pushy. I came in looking at USED vehicle and he got me in a brand new one! I didn’t think I had a shot in the dark at doing so but he did. He made sure I wasn’t getting into something I couldn't afford, worked with me on down payment, helped eliminate any negative equity I would’ve had from my previous loan and made sure I was comfortable with this entire process. I am now in a 2025 Grand Cherokee with third row seats! It’s exactly what I was looking for and more! The entire process was so smooth and quick. I am beyond happy! Thank you so much Mark!
