  I had an excellent experience at Heritage Ford. The service team was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous throughout the entire visit. They installed a new set of tires and performed a thorough brake inspection, taking the time to explain their findings and answer all of my questions. The work was completed promptly, and I appreciated their attention to detail and commitment to safety. It's reassuring to know my vehicle was serviced by a team that genuinely cares about their customers. I highly recommend Heritage Ford for their outstanding service and professionalism. Thank you for a great experience!

  I was out of town for a business conference. 6 hours plus away from home. My Ford Expedition started having issues with the front brake pad and rotor and I was scared to keep driving. I stayed over night in the town of Corydon, IN because I happened upon a hotel Chain I was familiar with seen from the interstate. After settling at the hotel and looking up Ford places online, there just happened to be Heritage Ford only 4 minutes away from this hotel. Now, I do not believe in coincidence- I believe Jesus placed me right where I needed to be ! I came to the dealership the next morning just after they opened. The ladies at the parts/service desk were incredibly nice and helpful! I couldn’t have asked for better service! They got me in quickly, the mechanic saw the problem and went right to work. I could not believe how blessed I was by God leading me to the exact place I needed to be. I was a woman traveling alone and was fearful of being taken advantage of - but they were extremely honest and only fixed what was needed. The mechanic did a fabulous job and I have had no issues the rest of the trip and after. When I got home my husband looked over his work and was very complimentary (and that’s huge because he’s a ‘car’ man and a perfectionist!)Thank you Heritage Ford for being used of God and taking excellent care of your customers!

  The people from Heritage Ford were the most courteous and efficient dealership I've ever dealt with. Even though I didn't buy my vehicle from them, they took it in for a recall and handled it very well. They also provided a courtesy driver to take me home and come back and get me when the work was done. The courtesy driver's name was Charlie and he was a very pleasant gentleman.
