  I had an excellent car-buying experience with Traci at Herrnstein. From start to finish, Traci was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on helping me find the right vehicle. She made the entire process smooth, stress-free, and enjoyable, answering all my questions and keeping me informed every step of the way. I never felt pressured, and her attention to detail and customer service were outstanding.   The sale of the car went as well as can be expected. I had started experiencing some problems with my 2025 Kia Sportage x-line. Took it to the service department once and was told they could duplicate the error and therefore could not diagnose the problem. Shortly afterwards I did receive a recall notice. Tried to call to schedule the recall and my first oil change. I was quickly told by the receptionist that they were delaying recall services due to a delay in parts. She told me this before I could tell her what the recall even was. Once I questioned her she sent me to the service department. That lady tried to argue with me that my model did not have a tow hitch (part of the recall). I had to tell her that I did have a tow hitch a few times before she would even entertain the idea of scheduling the service. I needed to come in on a Saturday because I do not live or work locally to the Chillicothe location. I was told that recall service could not be scheduled on Saturdays. I am not going to take a day off work to schedule the repair. I called Coughlin in Lancaster and got a very nice lady on the phone who scheduled my oil change and my recall service on a Saturday at my convenience. I will not be buying another car from Herrnstein if that is how their service department treats customers.

  We just bought our family car from here. Chelsie was such a big help from showing us the car, answering all our questions, even helping us load our stuff from our old car into the new car! She was awesome. Then, the owner reached out a few days later just to make sure everything is going well with our new car. We will definitely recommend and be buying our cars from here!!!

  Excellent experience with Lee and his team at Herrnstein Kia of Chillicothe! We went in thinking we weren't going to buy same day - but we were able to make a deal & ended up leaving with TWO new vehicles - my Kia Telluride & my husband's Ram. Lee was attentive to our needs, but not super pushy. He helped us navigate the lot and directed us towards the vehicles that met our needs/expectations. The process was super easy and very smooth! Highly recommend!!!
