  Hiller Ford presents with excellent customer service. Sales staff very knowledgeable, accommodating, and not pushy or overbearing. Staff enabled tours, test driving, trade-ins, and overall accountability. Finance department, extremely accommodating with clear explanations of all aspects, including warranty and especially helpful with information regarding scamming and how to avoid that. Clear, honest and helpful customer service! Our new vehicle was exceptionally clean and well detailed upon pick up. We are very happy with our new truck and will be a repeat customer for sure!   Had a great experience buying my 2026 F-150 Platinum at Hiller Ford. Fabian Arroyo was excellent to work with — patient, straightforward, and happy to answer all my questions as we worked through the numbers. No pressure, clear communication, and they stood behind everything we agreed on. Manager Carl Wallace was solid too. Highly recommend Fabian and the Hiller Ford team if you’re shopping for a truck.

  I had been shopping around for a new vehicle for my wife. After some lackluster experiences at other dealers I found my way to Hiller Ford. Fabian set me up with an awesome 2026 Explorer Tremor. I'm also a sales professional in another industry, and I can say Fabian took care of me with the highest level of respect, honesty and pure authentic customer service that I would expect out of any of my sales staff in my industry.   Experience was absolutely the smoothest new vehicle transaction I’ve ever had, Robert in finance was extremely transparent and enjoyable to work with. My salesman Justin Torres was also extremely pleasant to work with can’t forget Howard “sales manger” also great to work. All in all the entire team was my favorite new car experience in the 10 years I’ve been buying new cars
