  Was helped by Mel she was awesome friendly not pushy very knowledgeable. She stayed with us the whole process. Great at explaining everything. Will definitely be back to purchase again in the future. She made it easy.

  We had a great experience here. At first we got the wrong car sent in and while we were disappointed the team (JC, Mo, Sean) worked to make it right and offered to deliver the car to our front door. They are informative and not trying to force a deal if it doesn’t make sense. Def worth checking them out.

  My last 8 vehicles have all been leases. From MB to BMW to Buick and now Kia. I have to say that my experience at this dealership has been one of the easiest, most pleasant (if you can say that about car shopping) and pressure-free experiences in closing a car deal. If you have bought or leased vehicles in the past, you know that going to a dealership can be quite stressful with lots of back and forth haggling. I did my research pretty thoroughly beforehand by visiting all the Bay Area Kia dealerships' websites and even visited a few dealerships in person so I knew what car I wanted and what I wanted to pay by the time I got to Hilltop Kia. Within a few emails, we settled on the price. Simple as that. No bs/no games. It was so different from other dealerships with some that would even insist on an in-person visit before giving an honest quote. The sales team was just so easy to deal with and were extremely professional. My sales rep JC really took his time in explaining all the features of my tech-heavy car. So if you're ever looking for a Kia, at least take the time to check this dealership out AND look for JC.

  Had a great experience with Phil Cooper at Kia Hilltop. We bought our first ever new car. Straight forward and fair pricing. Best deal we found in the area and we traveled 40 minutes to purchase specifically from here. Phil was super knowledgeable, direct, and honest.

  I had a great experience and want to specifically recognize Shawn and Mel. Shawn was so kind, genuine, and supportive throughout the entire process. She really made me feel cared for as a customer and even helped get me a month of car insurance included, which I truly appreciated. Mel also went above and beyond—she searched endlessly to help me find the right car and personally delivered it from Richmond to Vacaville. That level of effort meant a lot to me. Both of them made the experience smooth, easy, and stress-free. I really appreciate everything they did and highly recommend them.
