Campaign 25V437000

Nissan North America, Inc. (Nissan) is recalling certain 2021-2024 Rogue, 2019-2020 Altima, 2019-2022 Infiniti QX50, and 2022 Infiniti QX55 vehicles equipped with 3-cylinder 1.5L or 4-cylinder 2.0L variable compression turbo (VC-Turbo) engines. The engine bearings may have manufacturing defects that can lead to engine failure.

Risk: Engine failure increases the risk of a crash. A bearing failure may cause a breach in the engine block, allowing hot oil to be discharged, increasing the risk of an engine fire.

Remedy: Dealers will reprogram the engine control module (ECM) software, free of charge. Owner letters were mailed April 8, 2026. Owners may contact Nissan's customer service at 800-647-7261 or Infiniti's customer service at 1-800-662-6200. Nissan's numbers for this recall are R25A8/A9 and R25B1/B2.

Campaign 21V402000

Nissan North America, Inc. (Nissan) is recalling certain 2020 Nissan Murano, INFINITI QX60, 2021 Nissan GT-R, INFINITI QX50, and Q50 vehicles. The front steering knuckle or rear axle housing may have insufficient strength due to improper heat-treatment.

Risk: The steering knuckle or rear axle could deform upon impact, such as from hitting a curb, resulting in a loss of steering control, or possible wheel separation. Both of these conditions can increase the risk of a crash.

Remedy: Dealers will inspect and replace the front steering knuckle and rear axle housing, as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed July 26, 2021. Nissan owners may contact customer service at 1-800-867-7669. INFINITI owners may contact customer service at 1-800-662-6200.

On April 16th 2026 I went to make a deal for two vehicles 2026 Honda Civic and 2025 on pocket two brand new cars. I contacted David Marthone so he said he was going to meet me in the Dealer so I wonder to make the deal and this Salesman is the worst Salesman you can ever see in your life. The price was on the car $26,695 with a sticker on the window when we went to get the deal done the price went up from $26,695.to 27,890 something when I asked him why the price went up like this way he could not give me any answer. He said that you know what the price was for the car which he knows that the price wasn’t like that. he was super rude. He was super unprofessional. He had the nastiest attitude that you ever can see in life. He does not fit as a salesman or in any kind of career when I tried to take a picture for the deal that he gave me he snatched the paper out of my hand and he threw it in the garbage and he told me go go go get out get out get out so as he messed up big-time, his general manager called me right away after I left he asked me many times to please come back to the dealership so he can send me to somebody else. I told him exactly I don’t want to deal with David and he can call me with numbers but even the general manager never called me back the worst Customer Service experience I ever had to meet in my whole life. They are crooks. They are a rip off and they have no respect for customers whatsoever.
