  I came to Honda of Fort Myers on July 4th after a recent car crash, hoping to find a new vehicle. From the moment I arrived, #Mallory and #Michelle treated me like absolute royalty. Their kindness, professionalism, and respect were beyond anything I expected. They offered me snacks, water, comfort, and truly made me feel taken care of. They showed me different options, answered every question, and guided me through the process with patience and top‑level service. These two ladies are gold — beautiful inside and out — and their customer service is priceless. Then I met #Moe, one of the managers. We talked about what I was looking for, and when I told him how much I love Jeep, he said, “If you like it, I can make it happen.” And he did. We test‑drove the Jeep, I loved it, and after hours of hard work from the whole team, Moe came back and told me I was approved. I was so excited. This team — Mallory, Michelle, and Moe — made everything possible. Their professionalism, kindness, and dedication changed my whole day and helped me get the car I truly wanted. Thank you Honda of Fort Myers. Thank you Mallory, Michelle, and Moe. You are the best.

  Salesman Fred Jones was easy to work with and I highly recommend. As far as car negotiations go, he made it bearable. Anyone who bought a car understands what I mean. He was very patient with us as we chose which vehicle we would want. Going through all the colors and trim. Highly recommend.

  I recently brought my vehicle to Honda of Fort Myers for a repair related to an issue covered under my extended warranty, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. My Service Advisor, Orlando Torres, did an exceptional job explaining the problem in a clear and easy-to-understand way. He thoroughly reviewed the repair process, informed me that the issue was fully covered by my extended warranty, and kept me updated throughout the service. What impressed me most was the level of customer service. The repair was completed a full day earlier than originally estimated, which was a pleasant surprise and greatly appreciated. Orlando's professionalism, communication, and commitment to customer satisfaction were truly above and beyond. It's rare to find this level of service today. If you're looking for a dealership that genuinely cares about its customers, I highly recommend Honda of Fort Myers and especially Orlando Torres. Thank you for a fantastic service experience!

  Jennifer Ortiz is our Sales Consultant. Working with her was a pleasure as she's a good listener and an amazing customer advocate when working on our behalf with her sales management. I highly recommend working with Jen and Fort Meyers Honda! Orlando Torrez is our Service Advisor and he's been a great to work with. He's a good proactive communicator, under promises and overdelivers. He cares about his customers and will do whatever he can to do right by them...he takes his job and pleasing his customers seriously. He's a true professional and a great person!
