  I purchased a Honda Civic coupe for my daughter for her 18th birthday, and the experience was amazing. The salesperson, Heather, was absolutely wonderful. Even though I was in another state, the entire transaction was fast and smooth. I live in the New Orleans area, so I had the vehicle shipped, and I received it just a couple of days after purchase. Heather was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire process. She even purchased a birthday bow for my daughter and had it shipped to my home, which was such a thoughtful touch. The vehicle was exactly as shown in the photos and runs great. Thank you so much, Heather — my daughter loved her surprise!

  Stephen Smith at Honda of Gainesville is the best! We just bought our 2026 CR-V Hybrid 2WD Sport, and Stephen made the whole process so easy and comfortable. He was super friendly, answered every question without rushing us, and really took the time to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers. If you’re thinking about getting a Honda, definitely go see Stephen. We had an amazing experience and absolutely love our new CR-V!

  I recently purchased a 2026 Civic at Honda of Gainesville and had the absolute PLEASURE of working with Stephen! He made me and my mom feel welcome and like family. From entering the dealership to driving off of the lot, Stephen was there! Being that this was my first time purchasing a car, he spent time answering questions, explaining my options, and ensuring I was comfortable with any and every decision made.   Overall a car sells itself, I love the 2021 Honda passport the moment I looked at the inside. Diana made my buying experience a 5star experience. I loved how she wasn’t pushy, she was kind and good with conversation. She was the most honest sales person I’ve ever seen. Her job is to sell a car and she did very well at it. Sales people can easily be fishy and dishonest and pure pressure you. Not Diana. She did her best with us and was patient and answered all questions we asked.

  I purchased a 2026 Honda Civic Sport from Desmond at Honda of Gainesville and had a great experience. He was honest and got me the best deal possible while keeping my budget and goals in mind.
