  Manual Vasquez was great to work with and was awesome at constantly updating me and texting me pics and video of inventory as we narrowed down my choices. I was driving from 3hrs away and from constantly communicating on the drive up I was pretty much 90% sold on which vehicle was right for me just from our phone conversations. Once I got up there simply test drove a few that we discussed, grabbed lunch together and was hassle free out the door 30 minutes later with my new vehicle. Besides being easy to work with I was very impressed with their nice selections of vehicles that they have. Would definitely recommend them to anyone out there looking for a nice, no hassle, car buying experience. Thanks Manny for getting me into my truck of my dreams at an affordable price…appreciate you!

  I originally left a very different review based on a difficult experience I had after purchasing a 2021 Widebody Scat Pack back in December. The vehicle had significant issues almost immediately, and the process that followed was long, frustrating, and at times overwhelming. I dealt with extended downtime, unexpected repairs, and a situation that felt unresolved for far too long. It caused a lot of inconvenience and financial stress, and at that point, I truly did not think I would ever do business here again. However, I am updating my review because the current leadership team—specifically Steve (General Manager) and Luis—completely stepped in and turned things around. They took the time to fully understand everything I had been through, remained transparent with me throughout the process, and most importantly, took real accountability in making the situation right. Steve stayed in consistent communication, worked through multiple options, and made sure there was a clear path toward a resolution. Luis also played a key role in making the process smooth on-site and ensuring everything was handled professionally. Together, they showed a level of effort and commitment that genuinely restored my confidence. In the end, they were able to get me into a ZL1 on a great deal, and I’m extremely satisfied with the outcome. What stood out the most was that they didn’t ignore the past—they addressed it, worked through it, and made sure I left in a much better position. While my initial experience was challenging, the way Steve and Luis handled the resolution speaks volumes about their leadership and dedication to customer satisfaction. I truly appreciate the effort they put in to make this right.

  My representative was Mr. Drew, a real salt of the earth kind of guy, but everyone I interacted with today was top tier. Appreciate the low pressure, transparency, and straight forward approach to the entire process. No complaints or notes. If you're looking for a new vehicle, highly recommend dropping in and seeing what the summer sale is all about. You won't be disappointed.

  “I bought my GMC Sierra from Honda of Lake City and had a great experience with salesman Luis Cirino — he made the buying process easy and transparent. Shortly after purchase I started having major transmission problems. Service tech TJ Hazel and his boss Jessica were fantastic to work with — TJ was very professional and communicative the whole time. General Manager Stephen also stepped in and made sure the issue was fully taken care of. The team worked with me extensively and replaced the entire transmission. The truck is now running great. I would definitely recommend Honda of Lake City!

  Super smooth car buying experience from start to finish. My sales lady Ashley was helpful, and made everything quick and stress-free. Couldn’t be happier with my purchase—highly recommended! EDIT 4/16/26 A day after I got my new car I found out the second key didn’t work I texted my sales lady and gave a day to reply to no avail. I drove up after work the next day to try and talk to my sales rep.I was informed by another sales guy she was with someone he could let her know I’m here but cars are sold as is, and that I could talk to service or go to a Hyundai dealer to get the key programmed.( the car had 2 keys when sold one just wasn’t functioning and I didn’t test the second key my mistake )on my way back to service I stopped to talk to a gentleman named Steven Hoggle,I told him my issues and with out a hesitation told me he would make sure it was taken care of! I had my wife go back a week later on our scheduled time and he was true to his word got her in and out fast key programmed to car and working great he single-handedly saved my 5 star review of this dealership 😁
