“5 stars specifically for our salesman, Jack Brigman! We started working with Jack and Jayden over the phone because we live about 5 hours away and found a CPO CR-V online that we were interested in. They gave us tons of great info to help us decide if driving to Ocala was going to be worthwhile for us. Jack even made a video of the vehicle we were considering so we could see every detail. When we arrived, he met us at the door before the dealership even opened, and ahead of our scheduled appointment time. He was helpful, friendly, transparent, and never once pushy. I wish I could say the same about the finance manager we worked with. Everyone else we encountered was friendly, but Jack really went to bat for us and at the end of the day, we went home with the CR-V we wanted at the payment we needed. I recommend Honda of Ocala as a whole, but for the best experience, definitely ask for Jack!!”
