  5 stars specifically for our salesman, Jack Brigman! We started working with Jack and Jayden over the phone because we live about 5 hours away and found a CPO CR-V online that we were interested in. They gave us tons of great info to help us decide if driving to Ocala was going to be worthwhile for us. Jack even made a video of the vehicle we were considering so we could see every detail. When we arrived, he met us at the door before the dealership even opened, and ahead of our scheduled appointment time. He was helpful, friendly, transparent, and never once pushy. I wish I could say the same about the finance manager we worked with. Everyone else we encountered was friendly, but Jack really went to bat for us and at the end of the day, we went home with the CR-V we wanted at the payment we needed. I recommend Honda of Ocala as a whole, but for the best experience, definitely ask for Jack!!

  My experience with Honda was absolutely exceptional my sales associate was Jack Brigman, he was absolutely amazing! This was not my first vehicle that I purchased however, this was the easiest experience I have ever had with purchasing a car. Jack was not overbearing like most car salesman he was friendly and kind and made my experience amazing. From start to finish was pleasant. I will say this was the most expensive car that I have ever purchased. But I intended to purchase a sporty vehicle and Jack was able to sell the vehicle to me at a much lower cost than I expected. The finance department was also wonderful and easy to deal with. If you're looking to purchase a vehicle and you go to Honda of Ocala you must ask for Jack! He will hook you up! Trust me, I am in love with my new car. Thank you Honda and Jack for the amazing car! I bought the Acura TLX Type S... The sexiest vehicle I've ever owned... 😍

  *2026 Alan Page was my service advisor and Marcy also helped. Both were professional and kept me informed about the service progress and pricing was explained before hand. Next reviewed my recommended items that I will need at my next service. Everyone there's very helpful with each other. Teamwork is key. Alan had two other clients and the other advisor who was training someone. They helped me check out and reviewed everything with me that all Alan had shared. **SERVICE MANAGER, **GENERAL MANAGER please make note that they're all a wonderful team and they deserve recognition for making me feel like a valued client. EXCELLENT SERVICE HIGHLY RECOMMENDED This is my first Honda and I love my car. I wanted management to know that they should be proud of your team players. Service advisors , technician, porters. I didn't wait this time, I was towed in. And immediately notified my vehicle arrived safely. And work would begin in the morning. Technician introduced himself via video. *2025 I felt like a valuable client. Upon arrival I was greeted promptly and all my concerns were being addressed. I was given an estimate for the repairs and services. Lee was my service advisor and he kept me informed throughout my experience. Nice comfortable waiting area, clean restroom. Fresh drinks available and TV to keep you occupied while waiting. Overall experience was a wonderful one. During certain hours, they offer food for those waiting in their service department, wonderful. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

  Our experience with Michael Lehman and everyone at Honda of Ocala has been nothing short of exceptional. From the day we leased our Honda, Michael has gone above and beyond to make sure we feel valued, appreciated, and completely taken care of. Every routine maintenance visit has been quick, easy, and incredibly professional. The entire team consistently makes us feel like royalty, and it's clear that providing outstanding customer service is a top priority. What has impressed us most is the Dealership's responsiveness. No matter how small our question or concern, they always respond promptly, follow through, and make sure everything is handled to our complete satisfaction. Micheal even gave us a gift card to make up for a slightest concern (a letter sent in error). That level of care and dedication is rare these days. He treats us like we're VIP's, but we're just everyday people on a budget. Further, it's easy to provide great service on the day you make a sale, but Honda of Ocala—and especially Michael Lehman—has continued to deliver top-notch treatment throughout the entire life of our lease.
