  Best car buying experience EVER! The whole team was truly amazing and really went out of their way to help me in my unique situation! Steven really went out of his way to get me in my dream jeep. Chris was the most laid back easy to talk with sales man and made the paperwork and such an easy process. Aaron in finance really looked out for my best interest and not just trying to sell coverage! This is the only Car dealership I will ever purchase from again! Thank you gentlemen for everything!

  I just want to give a 5 star shout out to Kyle my salesman, Lee in finance and Mike the GM. I originally went to MC Hoover just for some options and advice regarding my lease vehicle.. Who knew I’d walk out with a new Jeep Wrangler and some new friends. The entire experience was quick, easy, and actually fun. Thank you Kyle, Lee, and Mike for everything…you guys were amazing…..   Adrian Valentin was our salesman and was super helpful and friendly! We were able to trade in our vehicle and get ourselves into a bigger SUV for our growing family! Thank you Adrian and everyone at Hoover for helping us out! We love the new (to us) Palisade!

  Back in August 2025 I bought a jeep from Berkeley ford, it ended up having a blown passenger cylinder head. They agreed to take care of it for me, but they didn’t have the time and sent it to Hoover to be repaired. Hoover service had it for 4 months, constantly putting other easier fixes in front of it. Each week was a different excuse. Fast forward to this month June 2026, I noticed it had an oil leak, I took it to my local mechanic and the upper and lower oil pan had not been properly sealed. Hoover had told me I had a 2 year warranty on their work. I had 2 choices, deal with them again or pay my mechanic to fix it, I chose to pay my mechanic bc I don’t ever want Hoover to touch my Jeep again. They have the slowest most unprofessional service dept around and guess what? THEY DONT CARE. They don’t care about customers what so ever. I’m going to report them to the BBB and tell everyone I ever meet to never use them for anything. Berkeley ford paid them $6k to do the work and they burnt that bridge too bc I let Lou the owner at Berkeley ford know. I hope Matt in the service dept at Hoover gets his karma. All you have to do is read the reviews on this place to know they’re terrible

  Kyle was an amazing salesman his patience and understanding was greatly appreciated. I left there with the car that I wanted. I was a little short on my down payment and the financing team was able to give me the monthly terms and the time limit that I wanted. I thought the whole thing was amazingly fast, hassle-free relaxed friendly atmosphere I would recommend them and will buy my next vehicle from them. Thank you Hoover you guys are awesome!
