  A couple of months ago I purchased a 2026 Escalade ESV Platinum Sport from Huston Cadillac. Eric, my sales rep, was fantastic from the first moment I contacted him. Neither he, nor anyone else from Huston, prompted this review or incentivized me for this - - that fact matters in this day and age. Eric’s response times were always 10/10 and was quick to address any concerns or logistics related to the deal. I shopped around a LOT before buying here. They offered a very fair trade in value for my prior Escalade and demonstrated a genuine desire to earn my business and ensure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. I waited a couple of months to post this review to ensure everything they promised about paperwork, registration, delivery, etc… came to fruition and sure enough, it did. Thank you again, I highly recommend working with this dealership.

  This was the most pleasant experience my husband and I have had buying a vehicle. Our sales person, Lily, was excellent. She was very knowledgeable about the car that we bought, and she could not have been sweeter. Everyone we dealt with it this dealership was excellent. I highly recommend this dealership.

  I had a great experience working with Bryan. Even though most of our interaction was over the phone, he was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on helping me find the right vehicle—not just making a sale. He took the time to answer all my questions, explained everything clearly, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Even though I ultimately decided not to move forward with the purchase—mainly because I chose to keep my F-150 Shelby—Bryan remained respectful and understanding throughout. It’s rare to come across someone who provides this level of service without pressure. I would definitely recommend Bryan to anyone looking to buy a car. Top-notch customer service.

  Purchased a 2026 Lyriq from Huston Cadillac back in November. It was by far the EASIEST car buying experience we have ever had! We live 2 hours away, so we sent in our trade-in information and which vehicle we were looking to purchase from them before we even went to the dealership. We received a quote that same day and to our surprise it was a fair quote, so we didn't feel the need to negotiate (What?!). There was no back and forth haggling, no gimmicks, no added on BS costs that many dealerships add on nowadays, etc. We picked up the Lyriq the next day. Bryan was such a joy to work with! He was patient, took his time explaining how everything in the car works and even allowed us to test drive another vehicle (Just in case!) but the Lyriq was everything we wanted. Signing the papers could not have been easier-Thanks Nick! Honestly, it was just the best experience all around and we will gladly make the drive again the next time we are ready for another vehicle.

  Great experience buying my Escalade from start to finish! I came to the dealer from over 2 hours away, was able to complete my trade-in and financing quotes online ahead of time, and felt like everything was a breeze once I arrived. I was very happy with the vehicle’s condition and really appreciate Clay taking the time to show me all the ins and outs. Thanks Clay and Jim for making it an enjoyable experience!
