  The best experience I’ve ever had choosing amd purchasing a new car. I can’t say enough good about the sales staff, the General manager and my new Genesis 3.5T at Bedford Genesis. Love this car and I have had 3 BMWs, 2 Acura’s, and a Mercedes sports coupe, among others. All good cars but this is my favorite. What a pleasant surprise!

  My salesman Andre Baskin was very knowledgeable of all of the vehicles in stock, he was very patient & explained each step with me. The Finance Manager was also Nice, Transparent and he made sure a Warranty & Gap Insurance was added to my loan. I was truly 100% Satisfied 😌

  I scheduled a 1:00 PM appointment for a routine oil change and tire replacement and arrived early at 12:50 PM. About 30 minutes into the service, I was informed that the dealership did not have the tire in stock and would need to outsource it — adding an extra hour and a half to the wait time. Throughout the process, I received very few updates, and as of 4:22 PM, I’m still waiting for my vehicle. This is extremely frustrating, especially since I scheduled the appointment in advance and made it clear I needed the tire replaced. The lack of preparation and communication has been really disappointing, and it’s unreasonable to be here for hours for what should have been a straightforward service.

  I had an amazing experience purchasing my new car, and a big part of that was thanks to my salesperson. From the moment I walked in, Travon was welcoming, patient, and genuinely focused on helping me find the right vehicle—not just making a sale. Travon took the time to answer all of my questions, explained everything clearly, and never made me feel rushed or pressured. What really stood out was his professionalism and attention to detail. He made sure I was comfortable and confident with my decision every step of the way. The entire process was smooth, stress-free, and actually enjoyable, which says a lot when it comes to car buying.   The transmissions went out in my old car and I needed one pretty quick. Went to Hyundai of Bedford with a car in mind and got Tyler. He accommodated me and pulled out the car I was looking for. I took it for a test drive and asked to try another car. He pulled it out, no questions asked. I compared the two and tried the first one again. He put up with my indecision and was very relaxed. When I made my decision, he pointed me to Stephen, which walked me through all the financing and explained everything clearly. They got me a great APR and were able to add more coverage to the car, so I'll have my warranty for another 6 years! I was in at 2 and out before 6. The next day I realized I didn't have a second key for a car that was Certified Pre-Owned. Contacted Tyler and without question he asked me to come back to create a copy. He went above and beyond! Ended up with a 2023 Hyundai Kona NLine! I'll keep them in mind the next time I need a new car!
