  My excellent experience started while dropping off another vehicle for routine service. As I was browsing the lot, looking at vehicles for my husband, I was courteously greeted by Rolando, a sales advisor. I explained our situation and that I was just looking. He offered his experience and guidance and showed me some vehicles and I didn’t feel rushed or pressured into a sale. Mind you this was the complete opposite of what I’ve experienced at other dealers, which impressed me and earned his respect! I explained I’d speak to my husband and show him the vehicles and would come back when we were ready. On a whim we showed up at the dealer today, I reached out to Rolando to let him know and he promptly got back to me to let us know he’d arrive in 30 mins. Once again, he didn’t pressure us, he gave us his time and attention and most importantly he worked with us to get us the deal we needed! My husband is super happy with his new 2026 Hyundai Tucson! We 100% recommend Rolando Sanchez and the team at Fort Myers Hyundai! Thank you Rolando!! Estamos super agradecidos por tu amabilidad y atención!

  I had an excellent experience buying my vehicle. From the first moment, Rolando Sánchez was very professional, attentive and transparent throughout the process. He helped me find the best option for my needs and answered all my questions patiently.   This is the first company I have to give a one star review to I gave them a month after purchasing the car to do the right thing and here I sit still waiting. We traded a 2025 in for a 2026 it took us driving from Bradenton to the dealership twice to get it done. The first trip was a Saturday we were there 7 hours (absurd) only at the end of the day to be told we had to come back in the morning to pick the car up. Okay fine we show up to go idk the car up AFTER they called and said to come it is ready and we waited 4 1/2 hours for the car. After purchase we were told we would have docs emailed. I have received nothing from them to date. They said 100% we will get gap and extended warranty refunded to us but yet they have all the documents we need to get that refund. I have purchased a total of 9 brand new vehicles in the past 3 years and this was by far the worst experience ever. I will never recommend this dealership. If you want dealerships that will follow through: Conley Buick in Bradenton Gettle Toyota of Bradenton, Cox Chevy, Sunset Cadillac all only took a few hours and we took the car home the same day we gave them our money and the best part we left with proof of our purchase. We had people follow up after the purchase not ignore us. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! They get 1 star because they had the car my son wanted in the color he wanted that’s it!

  We had a great experience at this dealership. It was SO busy and everyone seemed happy and to be having a positive experience. We worked with Tanner, who was outstanding. Highly recommend asking for him if you stop in! I love my Palisade! :)

  Thank you Aiden, Alaine and Michael. My other half has been looking for a used truck with a few must haves. I’m a retired Car Sales Manager and dreaded helping him. We looked at the website and found the perfect vehicle. The service that was given was amazing, transparent and so professional! Everything was so easy and so quick!
