  Krista was extremely pleasant to work with! We drove a couple of hours to come see a vehicle. Someone else wanted to purchase the truck we were coming to see. They honored our appointment and didn’t sell it before we arrived. While we were working out a deal the other person who wanted it called to see if we had purchased the truck, which we did. It was a good deal and a great truck. Would definitely visit this dealership if they had something we were looking for!

  We picked up our new Murano last week and I am absolutely thrilled with it. Not just the car but the whole experience was great.   Krista was excellent and knowledgeable. She listened to what we wanted and gave us other options. Once we decided what we wanted she tracked the vehicle from the factory to the dealership and notified us that it was there. The process of the purchase and delivery was smooth and stress free. Kim had all the paperwork and walked us through everything. It was a great experience and would recommend them to our family and friends.

  Very hospitable staff. Customer service was amazing. They didnt stand inside and watch me walk the lot. I was looking for a used car to fit my budget $6,000.They worked very diligently to delivery a difficult ask. I am a very particular customer. I was presented several good options. Didnt choose a vehicle that day. However, they have my name and number and will call when the vehicle that I requested comes to their lot. If you are looking for a vehicle, i do recommend that you stop by Illini Nissan, 615 W. Marketview Dr. Champaign,il 61822. They will go above and beyond to gain you as their customer.   David was friendly and professional! He knew exactly what we wanted and worked to get us where we wanted to be. Andy was very helpful and was willing negotiate to reach a deal. Everyone at Illini Nissan was great to work with!
