  I recently purchased a Lexus RX from Infiniti of Greenville, and it was hands down the best car-buying experience I’ve ever had. For the first time, I didn’t feel uncomfortable, stressed, or like I just needed to hurry up and get out of there. The entire process was smooth, relaxed, and actually enjoyable. Nathan, my salesman, was excellent, knowledgeable, patient, and never pushy. I also had the chance to meet the general manager, who clearly sets a great tone for the dealership. He was even grilling lunch for everyone there customers included, which really speaks to the kind of welcoming environment they’ve created. Everyone I interacted with from the finance office to the sales manager was professional, polite, and genuinely helpful. You can tell this team works well together and cares about their customers. Highly recommend Infiniti of Greenville if you want a stress-free, positive car-buying experience. I would absolutely do business here again.

  I recently had an excellent experience at Infiniti Greenville while purchasing my 2021 Nissan Altima. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming and friendly. My salesman, Haley, was incredibly knowledgeable and attentive, making the entire process smooth and enjoyable. Haley took the time to understand my needs and preferences, ensuring I found the perfect car for me. She was patient, answering all my questions and guiding me through the financing options without any pressure. The overall service was top-notch, and I felt valued as a customer.   Our experience with Infinity of Greenville has been wonderful. We had a problem with our car and went shopping at Infinity of Greenville. Alex Torres-Gladem and his GM helped us in finding a beautiful new car. They both were so helpful. From the very beginning Alex- our sales professional, was hands on and excellent. He treated us like family, was very attentive, walked us through the steps and communicated 1000% via the entire process. He was incredibly helpful. He found us a beautiful car and made the process seamless. We are happy to have bought our car at Infinity of Greenville and are so especially thankful to and for Alex, who was above and beyond what we expected. Thank you so much Alex! You are awesome!   Everyone was very polite and they provided excellent Customer Service. Eric Reynolds was my sales representative and he worked very hard to make certain I was well informed and happy. The entire process was smooth and we had no problems at all. One of the best car buying experiences I’ve ever had!

  I truly wish I had a different experience to share. The actual purchase process at Infiniti of Greenville was pleasant. The staff were friendly, and I was excited to purchase my 2020 Volkswagen Atlas from what I believed to be a reputable dealership. I drove away feeling confident in my decision. Unfortunately, the experience after the sale has been far more complicated. Within 24 hours of purchasing the vehicle, the check engine light came on. Shortly thereafter, additional concerns arose involving the vehicle's drive mode system. As a working mother who relies heavily on dependable transportation, this situation quickly became both financially and emotionally stressful. In an attempt to address the original concerns myself, I disconnected the battery while troubleshooting and inadvertently contributed to an ECM issue that now requires replacement. To be clear, I take full responsibility for the ECM situation. However, I also believe I would not have found myself attempting DIY repairs so soon after purchase had the vehicle not developed problems almost immediately after leaving the dealership. Communication during the early stages of this process was frustrating. I made multiple attempts to obtain repair documentation and updates regarding the vehicle's condition, and at times felt as though I was navigating the situation alone. That said, I also believe it is important to acknowledge positive developments. Kevin, the General Manager, has since communicated with me directly, provided the documentation I had been requesting, and offered to cover repair costs related to issues believed to have been present prior to the ECM incident. Our conversations have been professional, courteous, and productive. I do not believe Infiniti of Greenville intentionally sold me a problematic vehicle. I believe unexpected mechanical issues can happen, particularly with used vehicles. What matters to me is how a business responds when those situations arise. At the time of writing thi
