  Deon, our salesman, was absolutely wonderful to work with. So wonderful that we decided to drive 3 hours to Lexington to do business with him versus going to our local Infiniti dealership only 15 minutes away - this says A LOT! Deon was kind, thorough, approachable, genuine, and made sure that we could contact him any time, even after the sale of the vehicle! Casey was great to work with, as well - came through on all of his promises and spent over an hour with me answering all of my many questions! Thanks, Infiniti of Lexington - we’re very pleased with the service we received!

  My daughter recently purchased a car with Ethan at Infiniti of Lexington, and the entire experience was seamless from start to finish. Ethan was responsive, straightforward, informative, and never pushy. He made the process easy and stress-free, which we really appreciated. It’s refreshing to work with someone who communicates well and truly values customer service. Highly recommend asking for Ethan if you’re looking for a great car-buying experience!

  My fiance bought a vehicle from here about 3 weeks ago. Water pump blew today on the interstate after they swore up and down nothing was wrong. Keep in mind it’s still under warranty. We’ve took it to the dealership 3-4 times and they had to give us a loaner. THEN proceeded to say he needed to go to a different dealer and all diagnostic fees were on HIM and they weren’t giving him another loaner vehicle. They knew there were issues but didn’t wanna dish out the cash to fix them. So messed up. I highly suggest if you want to buy a reliable vehicle it’s best to do that elsewhere. They lost service from not only me and my fiance but everyone we know. Do better Infiniti. This is absolutely ridiculous!! Also the service department needs to do better “spark plugs” do not cause a grinding noise when accelerating. :)

  Ethan Riegiseeker was probably the most helpful and patient car salesmen I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Not only did I leave feeling satisfied with my purchase but I left with a sense of comfort knowing the effort he put into making sure I got the best deal I could. The entire staff was kind and helpful but Ethan Riegisecker stole the show! Thank you Ethan and thank you Infinity of Lexington I will certainly shop again!

  I couldn’t be happier with my decision to buy my car from here! I shopped all around Kentucky for the last year and decided to purchase from Infiniti of Lexington. Ethan was so helpful and always very responsive, answering all of my questions thoroughly. He made the process so simple and two weeks later I am so happy with my purchase and love my car!
