  I LOVE MY CAR!!!! I was at the end of my 2023 lease and was still wavering about what I'd choose next to be my "road-worthy companion" for the next 3 years. My husband and I went to several dealerships between Palm Beach and Orlando, saw many options, test drove multiple cars, talked to many salespersons and yet I was still undecided. Safety features were a "MUST", color options another, or the body style was off...it was always something. I just happen to be passing by Infiniti on my way to another dealership when I saw this sporty-looking red SUV. I looked up and it was Infiniti. I hesitated because the last car I test drove felt anemic compared to the QX45 I had previously owned. I stopped anyway expecting to be underwhelmed and boy, am I glad I did. I met Brendan, who was very patient with me and very funny! He not only kept me laughing but worked to make the deal I needed and choose the exact car with the safety features I wanted with the preferred color. Thank you, Brendan and Infiniti of the Palm Beaches!!! HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!

  Absolutely amazing experience. I arrived and met my salesperson Alejandro, who knew who I was right away and went and got the vehicle ready for me to look at. We went for a test drive and came back and talked about the vehicle and the price and all I needed to know. He went and got his manager and we talked for a bit. They looked at my trade and gave me what I thought was better than a fair trade without even having to haggle or negotiate. I wasn’t originally interested in going home with the vehicle that day, but then I sat down with David, the finance manager, and he gave me a percentage rate that I couldn’t refuse…way better than what my credit union was offering. They had me in and out within 1.5 hours including detailing the vehicle and filling it up. 5 star rating all around!

  Although I originally purchased my vehicle from Carvana in 2018, I have been taking it to Infiniti of the Palm Beaches for service for the past 8 years and my service advisor, Danny Solorzano, has been there for me the entire time. He is easy to contact and is always responsive, he is incredibly knowledgeable and answers my questions in a way that I (as a lay person) can understand. I feel comfortable with him and trust him to help me take the best care of my car. I have never felt like he was trying to sell me something I didn't need or "upsell" me something I did need. The dealership is fortunate to have Danny on their team, and I am certainly glad he's on mine! Danny is exactly what excellent customer service is all about.

  Had a great experience this weekend with Brendan throughout the sales process, he was great! David in the finance department was great as well. I love my new QX60. Thanks Infiniti of WPB.

  Service staff right on top of my issues. In particular, Marc Conti, our service advisor, was terrific in helping in the diagnosing and also keeping me abreast of the progress of the work. Thanks so much. However, finally finding and repairing a rattling in car over a period of years paying for a part and labor was quite expensive. This car was brought to Infiniti many times during the warranty period but they could not locate source of the rattle. Now after warranty expired the rattle was found and fixed but at my expense. Contacted Infiniti Customer Service asking for some type of restitution of what I paid but so far they have declined to offer anything. After owning this, our third Infiniti, we are very disappointed. Loyalty doesn’t seem to be a consideration. This consideration is still a work in progress.
