  Forget Carvana. Infinity of Tacoma at Fife is the easiest way to purchase a new or used vehicle from half way across the country. This was the first time I purchased a vehicle site unseen. My salesman Chris made me feel at ease and sent me photos and video walk arounds. And he put up with all my panicked questions. When it came time to complete the normally complicated act of paying for the car, Jessica was a rockstar. Jessica came through for me time and time again. I can't overstate how great my interactions were with the entire staff at Infinity of Tacoma at Fife. Even after I took delivery, there was a little issue and Jessica immediately fixed it! I can attest that customer service is alive and well at this dealership. And anyone looking to purchase a vehicle remotely can do so here with complete confidence. Infinity of Tacoma at Fife will be my first call the next time I need a new vehicle.

  My partner and I purchased a vehicle from here about a month ago , and we absolutely love it! The service was amazing, it truly felt like a breath of fresh air. The atmosphere was calm, and the place itself was very clean, which made the whole experience even more comfortable. From the moment we walked in, Clayton introduced himself and already had the vehicle ready for us to check out, which made everything feel seamless and well-prepared. When we were waiting , there was no hesitation in provide us some refreshments. When we sat down to go over the details, Clayton was incredibly kind and patient with us. It didn’t feel fake or forced at all ,it was genuinely great customer service. When it came time to finalize everything, Dan stepped in and helped us seal the deal. He was transparent, thorough, and made sure all the details were clearly explained. Overall, such a positive experience we’re really happy with both the car and the service we received! Highly recommend if you are looking to buy a new car.

  The overall experience with this dealership is based on a good result better than I expected. The transaction was an inverse. Traded in a vehicle to purchase another vehicle (they had received a couple of days prior) and pay the difference. The vehicle acquired had not gone through the dealership's inspection process after we were given a very good loaner. One and half weeks later, the new vehicle was all properly prepped and ready to pick up after they went above and beyond to make sure it was exactly as expected. In fact, it was better than we expected. We are very pleased with this transaction and deserves this 5 star review for sure!

  I am beyond grateful for the opportunity your team has presented to my family! We are forever clients to Infiniti of Tacoma! My daughter was so happy playing with the team members and she loves mommy’s new car! What a wonderful experience this has been. If I could give them 10 stars I would. Jessica and Steven really made me feel like I was a valued customer and streamlined the whole process with my fiance over the phone! It feels nice to be treated like a real person and not just a credit score. I traded in my 2020 Honda civic for a beautiful 2018 Alfa Romeo Stelvio Ti Sport! I will miss my Honda, but we are so happy with our trade!! Thank you Infiniti of Tacoma as we will forever be your clients !!!!
