  Had an excellent car buying experience with James Ferraioli at Infiniti West Chester this past weekend. Left with the car of my dreams and didn’t have that “icky” feeling I’ve had after some prior car purchases at other businesses. James was a consummate professional, gave me the white glove treatment throughout and made sure I was all set with the electronics of my vehicle when I drove it away- - which I greatly appreciated. He even gave me one of his own charging cords so that I could plug my phone into the dash and drive away listening to my favorite music. Jay in Finance was also very helpful in the transaction. I am very happy with my purchase and my experience at Infiniti WC and recommend you see James if you are in the market for a car and want an easy time of it. Thanks again James!

  I recently purchased a new Infiniti QX80 and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience, thanks in large part to Darrin. From the very first interaction, Darrin made the whole process incredibly smooth and stress-free. He listened carefully to what I was looking for, answered every question clearly (including all the tech features and warranty details), and never pressured me. He handled the paperwork efficiently, explained everything in plain English, and made sure I understood all the terms before signing anything. The transaction itself was refreshingly easy — no back-and-forth, no surprises, and everything was wrapped up quickly and professionally. Darrin truly went above and beyond to make buying my QX80 a pleasant experience rather than a chore. I highly recommend working with Darrin.   I purchased a new QX55 in October, and the experience has been extremely disappointing from day one. Before leaving the lot, I pointed out a stain inside the brand-new vehicle to my salesman, Darren. I was told it would be taken care of. When I got home, the stain was still there. I had to bring the car back just two days later to have it addressed. When I picked it up the following week, the vehicle now had a nail in one of the tires. So now, after having the car for less than a week, it was going back to the dealership for a second time and getting a new tire! On top of that, I made it very clear that wireless Android Auto was important to me. Darren told me the QX55 had it. It does not. Either he doesn’t know the cars he sells or he lied.

  I want to give a big thank you to Toni at Infiniti of West Chester for always taking great care of my car and treating me right every time I come in. The service is always professional, honest, and consistent. Toni really makes sure everything is handled properly and takes the time to explain what’s going on with my vehicle so I always feel confident about the work being done. He really looks out for customers and doesn’t try to push unnecessary repairs. As someone who drives an Infiniti, I appreciate having a place I can actually trust. It’s hard to find good service like this, but they’ve definitely earned it. Five stars all the way—highly recommend Toni and the team at Infiniti of West Chester.

  I took my IPL G37 in for a possible claim for possible electrical damages due to the weather. I was told to sign for $200+ For diagnostics, which was fine because I was not sure if damages were present in my vehicle or not. Turns out it was a battery fuse that needed to be changed. I also got the detail on my own, but they did not take the $200 and plus for diagnostics off so I ended up paying over $900 just for a battery fuse , Witches a little over $30 OEM part elsewhere , and a detail, including the diagnostic charge. Hunter was a good person to talk to. We had good communication but overall I think the Experience was nothing but price gouging and felt scamming. I’m glad to have my car back. It was shined up pretty nice, but overall, I think I got taken advantage of, and I withdrew my claim on my insurance. I will not be buying another Infiniti again
