  Nice people willing to let you take one of their vehicles to a fair distance to do a pre purchase inspection. But really do one. Its pretty concerning that they showcase and sell a vehicle with extensively easy fixes. - unclean cabin air filter - burnt out license plate lights - uneven tire pressure It is a used vehicle and its just one sample. But if its indicative of the attention they put on the cars on the lot, don't' expect anything to be inspected or serviced. Let alone the more complex things my PPI listed. You might find a good car here, just not the one i looked at.

  I've always dreaded going to dealerships because I often feel pressured into making a purchase before I'm ready. That was not the case with David. From the moment we arrived, he completely changed my perception of what a car buying experience should be. That level of integrity is hard to find and is the reason I will continue to do business with him in the future. If you're in the market for a vehicle and want someone who will take the time to understand your needs, treat you with respect, and help you find the right vehicle not just one that checks a few boxes, I highly recommend David. This was by far the best dealership experience I've ever had, I'll definitely be returning for future purchases.

  After months of looking into possibly buying a vehicle, I came across Inline Motors and reached out to David Cardenas with some questions about a vehicle at the dealership, and he was incredibly helpful. He was knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to answer all of my questions without making me feel pressured. It’s clear he genuinely cares about helping customers and providing great service.   Absolutely Unacceptable — Do NOT Buy From Inline Motors Purchasing a $38,000 vehicle should come with basic standards of quality, honesty, and professionalism. Inline Motors failed spectacularly on all fronts. About a month ago, I bought a 2018 Toyota Tacoma from this dealership. Less than TWO weeks later, the truck developed an overwhelming musty odor. Upon inspection, I discovered the carpets and floor mats were completely soaked—and worse, there was ACTIVE MOLD inside the vehicle. Yes, mold. This truck was either knowingly sold in this condition or so carelessly inspected that no one bothered to notice water damage and biological hazards before taking my money. Let that sink in: a $38K vehicle sold with mold. Any dealership claiming to “detail” their vehicles should be ashamed. This wasn’t a missed spot or minor oversight—this was gross negligence or deliberate deception. Either way, it shows a total lack of respect for customers and their hard-earned money. To add insult to injury, the windshield washer fluid system is leaking—another issue that should have been caught immediately if anyone at Inline Motors had done even a basic inspection. Inline Motors clearly prioritizes commission over integrity. Customer care, accountability, and vehicle quality mean nothing here. Once they have your money, you’re on your own. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere. There are reputable dealerships that actually care about what they sell and the people they sell it to. Inline Motors is not one of them. I sincerely hope the short-term profit was worth the long-term damage to their reputation.
