“Irvine BMW is the best place to buy a BMW and we know because we are very picky and went to 10 of them. The rest were not even close to good. The prices here are fair and you are treated well. They had the color I wanted, which is not that easy to fine--It is plum. It is a Hybrid and so far we have had no problems. The parking there is easy and of course free. The interior has a lot of cars in it and it is so clean and the area for the sellers to deal with you is nice and somewhat comfortable. The outside is also kept spotless. My one complaint is our salesman who I know has left there, did not listen when he told me how many mats there were for this car. When I got it home a mat was missing and I called right away and he said "Oh, that mat is not included." Well, that is not what he told me and he and I counted them, out loud. I don't play. He then did not return my calls and we had to go to the manager who said he would look into it and did, and I got my promised mat. Had I not this review would be quite different. The manager is very nice and knows when a customer is right. I was there most of the day to test drive and look and talk. My other issue is they have a "genius BMW" guy would is supposed to teach you how to use all the features on the car. He was not good. He could not connect my phone, get my music and I told him to slow down and he just wanted to be done and go home. I will have to hire someone to teach me how to use my car. But all in all they are the best in town, their selection is better than anyone else and so are their prices.”
