  If you’re looking for a team that completely changes the car-buying experience, Irwin Chevy is it—but Naomi is truly the heart of that experience. She was absolutely incredible—patient, kind, attentive, and genuinely focused on working with the team to find what I deserved, not just what would make a sale. That kind of authenticity is rare. Naomi has this incredible way of making the entire process feel personal, comfortable, and even fun. You never feel pressured, rushed, or like just another number walking through the door—you feel seen, heard, and genuinely cared for like family. She is, without question, one of those people who is exactly where she’s meant to be because she is exceptional at what she does. Foster always goes above and beyond to find something a little bougie while still keeping it within budget—which, let’s be honest, is a talent in itself. And Alex… gosh, he’s like my brother from another mother. The kind of person who makes the whole experience feel comfortable, easy, and actually enjoyable. I truly cannot say enough good things about this team, but Naomi especially is the kind of person who leaves a lasting impression. In a world where so many sales experiences feel rushed or transactional, she is the exact opposite. Hands down, the best of the best.

  Just bought a 2019 Ford Ranger. Super happy with the vehicle and the price. Much less sales pressure that other places I shopped. Naomi was so easy to work with. We communicated for several days via text and she was always quick to respond, straight to the point, and always warm and friendly. All around great buying experience.

  What an excellent experience at Irwin. I had a small truck that was a beautiful truck but on the small side for me so I thought I would stop and see if I could work on a deal to trade up for a bigger truck. A young man Cameron M got us a few trucks to test drive. I really like a Chevy Silverado trail boss, this young man helped us with a great buy. A long day but every person we encounter that day was amazing including the finance manager. Which, in the old days you would dread to have to talk with, but not this young man he was excellent, he explained all extras but never pushed us into anything we didn’t want. This dealer also didn’t complain about us wanting to go through our own bank. I would highly recommend going to Irwin in Laconia NH

  I had a fantastic experience working with Carl at Irwin Chevrolet. He was super easy to deal with—friendly, responsive, and very communicative throughout the entire process. Honestly, it was one of the easiest and smoothest vehicle purchases I’ve ever had....Carl was really good to deal with. You can really tell that Irwin is a family-run business and not some big corporate conglomerate. The personal touch and attention to detail made all the difference. I’ll definitely be coming back for my next vehicle!

  I just picked up my 2026 Chevy Tahoe and couldn't be happier with the vehicle. The entire buying process was incredibly smooth from start to finish. A huge thank you to Naomi Brown, who was absolutely fantastic to work with. She made everything seamless, straightforward, and pressure-free.
