  I don’t typically leave negative reviews, but my experience with this dealership was extremely disappointing. From the beginning, communication was poor. I repeatedly had to follow up for updates, and instead of getting clear answers, there always seemed to be a new reason why the deal couldn’t move forward. What should have been a straightforward process turned into days of delays, excuses, and shifting explanations. I specifically requested that the financing be handled through a bank I had successfully worked with before, yet that request wasn’t handled in a timely manner. Had there been honest communication from the start, my expectations could have been managed. Instead, I was left waiting with very little information and in constant limbo. To make matters worse, the vehicle itself turned out to have several mechanical issues that raised serious concerns. After everything I learned during the process, it became clear that walking away was the right decision. Once I decided to end the deal, I visited a different dealership and had a new truck the very next day that was two years newer! The experience there was exactly what buying a vehicle should be—honest, efficient, and transparent. That comparison made it even more obvious how poorly this dealership handled my transaction. Buying a vehicle should be an exciting experience, not a frustrating one. Customers deserve transparency, prompt communication, respect for their time, and vehicles that are represented accurately. Unfortunately, this dealership failed on all of those aspects.

  I just bought a 2026 Ford F-250 Lariat from Irwin Ford Lincoln on 59 Bisson Avenue in Laconia, NH, and it was the smoothest, most enjoyable vehicle purchase I’ve ever had. Salesperson Nicole Richardson was outstanding – knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely enthusiastic. She listened to my needs, explained every feature of the F-250 Lariat perfectly, and made the process fun and pressure-free. Sales Manager Zach Land sealed the deal with fair pricing, excellent trade-in value, and top-notch financing. His professionalism and leadership ensured everything was transparent and efficient.
