  It was such an easy and pleasant experience to have my car serviced at Irwin Hyundai. The staff were attentive and informative. First time I had a video of my car texted to me showing real time what was going on. I added on a tire rotation which was extremely reasonable... without the upsell or pressure! I recommend them.

  I have bought all my cars/truck at Irwin Hyundai and Irwin Ford since they have supported me through all services and any issues with our vehicles and ensured our vehicles were safe and maintained properly. The Service Team (shout out to Jeff) and Sales Team are professional, friendly, and efficient. I travel in our vehicles regularly and for long distances knowing I will have no issues with breaking down. I trust the Irwin Hyundai Laconia team with all my vehicles needs and they are trustworthy. I don't waste time going to other dealerships since they always give the best and lowest price on their vehicles. I highly recommend this dealership!

  Ryan Thibeault was great to work with. He communicated really well throughout the whole process and was always willing to help. He had all the paperwork ready to go, which made buying the car quick and easy. What I appreciated most was that he followed up after the sale to make sure everything was going well. It never felt like he was just trying to make a sale. He genuinely cared about making sure everything went smoothly. I would definitely recommend working with Ryan if you're looking for a new vehicle.

  My appointment for service went smoothly and the time estimates I had been given were spot on. The service desk answered all my questions and after the appointment I was sent a video of the underside of my vehicle, showing tire tread and brake measurements. I didn't require a ride, but this would have been provided if I had needed it. Thank-you for a top notch service experience!

  Ryan helped my wife and I find an amazing car and for a great price. He was incredibly friendly, helpful, and patient throughout the entire process. My wife had spoken with multiple salesmen from various dealers - none of them were as welcoming as Ryan was. The overall process of purchasing from Irwin Hyundai was stress free and fun, I recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a car. Ask for Ryan!
