  I had an excellent car-buying experience at this dealership. Gustavo, my Audi salesperson, was outstanding from start to finish. He took the time to thoroughly explain all of the vehicle’s features, walked me through every step of the purchasing process, and patiently answered all of my questions. Martin in the finance department was equally great to work with. He made the paperwork process quick and seamless while clearly explaining everything along the way. Everyone at the dealership was friendly, welcoming, and professional. The entire process was smooth, efficient, and exceeded my expectations.

  My Fiancé and I were looking for an Audi Q 5. Scheduled an appointment. When we arrived the frond desk young lady was very nice and accommodating. She connected me with Jenna. She was really awesome to work with. Jenna and her team made the price work for us. She really went above and beyond for us. Couldn’t have been more happier. She said they would make sure the car was up to her standards and mine. She was not kidding. The card with a sweet message was the topping on the cake. Will definitely buy from her and Jack Daniels Audi from now on.

  Over the weekend we got a new car at Jack Daniels Audi in Upper Saddle River and we are ecstatic! When I tell you that everyone was so helpful and understanding I don't say that lightly. I worked with Gustavo for over a month trying to fit a date with my complicated schedule to come up for a test drive. Gustavo was so understanding, patient and helpful. My demanding career caused me to cancel ana rescheduled multiple times and he never judged or complained just made it work. When I messaged him with the car I was interested he quickly responded with details and a promise to have it ready for me to test drive, which he did. I am very grateful for Mr. Garcia for working the numbers for us and making sure we drove away with this beauty and all her perks. I would gladly recommend this team for your next vehicle.   I’ve always wanted a Golf R, and when I found a 2024 Golf R at Jack Daniels Audi on Route 17 in Upper Saddle River, I had to go check it out. As soon as I walked in, Carmelo approached me, even though he was clearly busy, and asked if I was being helped. I told him I was interested in test driving the Golf R, and he immediately made sure I was taken care of and introduced me to Gregg. From the test drive to the entire buying process, Gregg was absolutely outstanding, professional, friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful. Truly a 5-star salesman. David Webber, the finance manager, was also excellent to work with. Gregg and David both went above and beyond to help put together a deal that I felt comfortable and happy with, and they made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Honestly, this was the best car-buying experience I’ve ever had. We arrived around 5 PM and stayed late at the dealership, but at no point did Gregg or David make us feel rushed or pressured. They stayed positive, professional, and helpful the entire time. I drove away extremely happy with my purchase and would absolutely do business with Jack Daniels Audi again.
