  Had an amazing experience buying my car at KIA Jack Daniels Paramus NJ. Wael Ihamid was fantastic Sale Person knowledgeable, patient, and zero pressure. The whole process was smooth and fast. Highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a great deal and excellent customer service. The staff was professional, communicated clearly about the repairs needed, and had my car ready right on time. Excellent customer service from start to finish. I’ll definitely be coming back!

  This is my second visit to Jack Daniel's Kia, and I must say, everyone here has been incredibly helpful and friendly from start to finish. John, the sales manager, kindly emailed me a deal, and Jerry welcomed me to the showroom, where we had a nice chat and took a test drive. Camille, a wonderful sales consultant, was very helpful in guiding me through the paperwork and ensuring the car was ready. Carlos and Paul took great care of the finances. Overall, considering the market price trends and the inventory availability, I feel good about getting a nice deal and a very nice car. Thank you all.

It’s rare to leave a dealership feeling like you were genuinely taken care of, but that’s exactly what happened here. I would absolutely recommend this experience to anyone looking for a hassle-free and trustworthy way to buy a car. What really stood out was how easy the entire process was. The test drive was relaxed, with no pressure, and I was encouraged to take my time evaluating the car. When it came to pricing, everything was clearly broken down—no hidden fees or last-minute surprises. They even worked with me to find financing that fit comfortably within my budget.   Looking for a new Kia? Go see John Puente at Jack Daniel’s Kia. After a little research myself, they lived up to their reputation. I was browsing the new car, after a few minutes John approached me and the process began. We test drove a 2026 Kia Sportage and the entire buying experience was great. I felt no pressure from the team, John, Carlos, or Paul to buy anything I didn’t want. They listened to my needs as far as down payments and monthly payments. They were able to get me almost exactly what I wanted for my trade-in as well. I was eager to buy and came in at about 5 pm with no appointment. I left around 8:15 pm with my brand new car. They cleaned it up nicely and had gone enjoying my new ride.
