  Jack Daniels VW in Paramus was a great place to purchase our new car. The salesman Ammar Ebdah was helpful, personable and anticipated our needs. The manager was also helpful in our decision and the finance guy helped us prepare for our future needs and did not try to oversell. We had a great experience at this dealership. Ammar also helped us learn the new radio and AC system and synced the phone to the bluetooth. It was a friendly and seem-less experience, go there and ask for Ammar!

  Ammar made our experience amazing for purchasing my brother’s first car. Spent basically the whole day at one dealership and couldn’t work with the price with us even with an older or newer model tiguan and a new taos. It was around 4:30pm (keep in mind they were closing at 6?) where we called Jack Daniels VW and to see if they can give us a better deal than the other dealership. Ammar spoke with the sales team and we were able to work out a better deal! We told Ammar that we wouldn’t know if we were going to make it before they closed but, he said dont worry and come in! When we got there, it was 5:30ish and the facility was really nice and the team was very welcoming! We met with Ammar and filling out paperwork and the process was smooth and easy! Ammar knew our whole day was tiring due to the other dealership but he gave us amazing deal and made my brother’s first car buying experience better than expected (the price they gave us was better than the other dealership too!) We stayed past the store closing hours but, they made sure our process was done correct and didnt feel rushed at all especially it being a saturday. Even with us staying past the store hours, Ammar explained all the technology features to my brother and made sure my brother’s phone was connected correctly! Overall, if I can give more than 5 stars I would. Thank you Jack Daniels VW and especially Ammar for making this experience amazing!

  Tina and Max were phenomenal to work with. Tina took the time to connect with me ahead of me even going to the dealership to make sure everything was set and all my questions were answered before I even arrived. Max did a great job explaining the cars features and answering any questions I had even after leaving the dealership. They made the process incredibly easy and I would highly recommend working with their team.

  This is our second time buying a car with VW Paramus in the last year so that should speak volumes itself! Last year we purchased a Tiguan for my mom and returned this year for an Atlas for myself and my husband. We worked with Ricardo who from beginning to end was nothing but patient with us. He worked with us through our trade in, multiple questions on features of the car, and took the time to explain everything about the car before taking it home. 10/10 experience once again and can’t wait to return for future cars. Thank you Ricardo and Volkswagen Paramus!
