Came out of town to Jacksonville on a vacation and decided to just go to the dealership. My plans wasn't to actually get a vehicle. My main thing was just going to look to get an idea of what I wanted. When I got there I met Justin. He was so sure that I was going to leave with a vehicle and he was right. His customer service was excellent and he was very patient and understanding. He made the process very smooth and answered every question I asked. Would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to get a vehicle. Thank you again Justin and everyone else who made sure I got the car I had my eyes on not only did they get me in the car I wanted but a newer version of it and I can't think them enough very grateful for everything. Great Dealership !!

Picked up a nice used truck from them. Justin was the salesman that assisted through the buying process. He made the buying process enjoyable. He respected my time and showed that in all our interactions. The negotition process was smooth as well. I'm very pleased with my purchase. If you go to Audi ask for Justin you'll see what I mean.

Do not purchase a 2026 A6 here or anywhere. There are known issues they cannot fix now awaiting software updates. The first software fix did not fix the issue. It has been known since the 2026 was introduced in 2025. I I bought a new 2026 Audi A6 on Friday, May 1. It immediately started having multiple MMI alarms that weekend. I attempted to solve the issue the entire weekend going thru the manual. They would go away and then reappear with each new start. I have had as many as 11 individual alarms up at the same time. Never has there been zero alarms or failures. It is ongoing each start. The cruise has never worked period, making any long road trip very painful. Recently discovered there is an additional issue with the trunk not closing. I took it into the service department the Tuesday after the purchase to find out the MMI issues were known and there is a software issue with an unknown delivery date. It has been back twice for the trunk already, with more trips to come to reset it. The trunk software update also does not have a delivery date. I have been told that all 2026 A6 have the issues. So, they will not even let me drive the same new model on the lot to see if it does not have the issue, then take my car back if it is trouble-free. But they will sell a new one to another customer without disclosing the known MMI disaster. The service manager stated he only knew about the MMI issue since May. I do not believe that and certainly no policy is in place to have the sales department disclose the issue to purchasers. This issue has been known for months as my current software update was rolled out in late 2025 per ChatGPT, but certainly way before my May 1 purchase. No one disclosed the current known software issues. I feel this is fraud. Anyone who would have been made aware of the severe MMI alarm issues and failures of 5-11 of their driver assistance features and no cruise control available, would not purchase a new 2026 and would wait till the 2027 model in

am a fourth-time returning customer to Audi over the past 20 years. In the past, I have not experienced any major issues; however, my most recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I feel that both the quality of the product and the level of customer service at the dealership have declined significantly. After initially visiting the dealership and reviewing several vehicles, I informed the salesperson that I would be returning within a week to complete the purchase. When I returned, the specific vehicle I had originally selected had been sold, which I understand. However, I was then presented with a different vehicle, and we proceeded with the purchase based on the features it was represented to have. At the time of signing, I was informed that the vehicle we had agreed upon could no longer be sold to me. Instead, I was offered another vehicle with fewer features, along with a $1,000 discount—even though upgrading those features would cost approximately $5,000. Despite this, I moved forward with the purchase. Shortly after bringing the vehicle home, I noticed multiple warning lights illuminated on the dashboard, indicating several issues. I immediately contacted the salesperson, who assured me on multiple occasions that the vehicle would be picked up and repaired. Eventually, the car was collected, and I was later informed that it was ready for pickup. However, upon retrieving the vehicle, none of the issues had been resolved, and the same warning lights remained. Since then, I have continued to receive promises that the vehicle would be picked up again and that I would be provided with a loaner vehicle—neither of which has happened. It has now been over three weeks, and the situation remains unresolved. Additionally, several safety features are not functioning, which is particularly concerning as my 16-year-old son is currently driving the vehicle. Overall, this has been a very frustrating and disappointing experience.

Nicholas responded with a sense of urgency to get my A5 Audi in for service to attend to a steering malfunction alert as I was driving through Jacksonville on my way to Savannah, Ga. Within one hour Michael the service technician had resolved the issue. Great service Audi Jacksonville. I appreciate their helpful assistance.
