  Had a great experience with the team at the dealership. The whole process was smooth, professional, and stress-free. Special thanks to the used car manager Richard for being honest, respectful, and making sure everything was handled the right way. Anton was excellent, communication was clear, and they really took care of me from start to finish. Definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a reliable and friendly place to buy a car.

  I drove about an hour from Jacksonville to see this truck, and from the moment I stepped onto the lot, the experience was outstanding. Anthony was extremely professional and attentive, making sure every detail was covered and that I truly got the best value for my money. There was no pressure and no wasted time just honest, straightforward service. Richard, the Manager, went above and beyond throughout the entire process. Even after everything was finalized, he continued checking in to make sure I was completely taken care of and comfortable with my purchase. That level of commitment is rare. Julian in Finance was equally impressive. He handled everything thoroughly and professionally, explained every detail clearly, and made sure nothing was left unsaid by reviewing everything twice. Yes, it’s business at the end of the day but these gentlemen treat you like family. The level of respect, transparency, and care shown here is the reason I would gladly make this hour-long drive again without hesitation. Bravo to Jack Hanania for hiring and maintaining such an outstanding team. It’s rare to find people this solid anymore. I purchased a truck here, and the experience exceeded every expectation.

  Jeremy and Richard were great! They went above and beyond to work within my budget. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. I didn’t feel pressured to buy or that I was wasting their time.   Saturday my wife and I drove 2 hours to JHB with a truck in mind, after having the most awful experience at a different dealership the day before Natalie at JHB was very professional, welcoming and quick! In just a short 2 hours we test drove, completed all paperwork/financing and walked out with the truck of our dreams. Thank you so much Natalie we will be sending everyone your way!
