  I’ve bought through Jackson’s in the past. After leaving the military, my finances and credit took a major hit. I was out of a vehicle for 7 months. I didn’t think I’d would be able to get back into a reliable vehicle until I made the call to Jacksons. They reviewed my information and got me into a new to me vehicle.   Disappointed with my experience at Jackson’s today. I brought my car in expecting a simple estimate and was never clearly told there would be a $189 diagnostic fee just to look at it. That kind of lack of transparency feels misleading. Customers deserve to know upfront what they’re agreeing to—especially when it comes to nearly $200 just for an evaluation. Because of this, I won’t be returning. Make sure you ask detailed questions about fees before letting them touch your vehicle.

  I’ve had 2 experiences 1st was warranty work oil filter housing blew right after I bought the car had to get changed and the service was excellent 2nd time the rear main seal and gaskets, drain plug had to be changed and service was also awesome ! Thank you for your excellent service and hopefully I will not have to bring her back in for anything else that’s broken 😁
