  This was my best car buying experience by far! From the start, Jake Sweeney had the best selection and prices out of everyone in the local area. It’s nice to have the ability to see so many different models, trims and colors all in one spot. The sales team, especially Brian and Cody, were phenomenal to work with. They did not pressure me at all and were up front and honest. They bent over backwards to ensure I was 100% satisfied with my final purchase. When I called back a couple days after my first visit with a special request (expecting to be told it wasn’t possible) they made it happen. I couldn’t have been more shocked at how far they went to make me happy and I can’t express enough appreciation for them. That alone will make me a Jake Sweeney customer for life. I also need to give a shoutout to the finance guy…I’m so sorry I forgot your name…but he was amazing to work with. He was friendly, easy to work with and made the entire buying process seamless. I absolutely love my new car - 2026 Sportage PHEV X-Line Prestige - and will recommend Jake Sweeney to anyone looking to buy. (photos were taken outside of Eclipse Window Tint Shop)

  I had a wonderful car shopping experience yesterday with Justin at Jake Sweeney Kia in Florence, Ky. He was very friendly, helpful in showing me everything that I wanted to look at, answered all my questions about what I was looking for and didn’t pressure me to make a sale if I wasn’t ready to do so that day. He worked with me on finding the right financing options and found all the right incentives to get me the car I needed with the financing that I could handle. I highly recommend this dealership and Justin Griffith specifically if you’re interested in buying a new car. Thank you, Justin!

  DANGEROUS, INCOMPETENT, AND FRAUDULENT - AVOID AT ALL COSTS Rating: 1/5 Stars If I could give this service department zero stars, I would. Taking my car here was the biggest mistake I’ve made, and now I am forced to involve a lawyer due to their gross negligence and fraudulent business practices. Here is what happened:Refused Recall Repair: I brought my car in for a known, open recall. They explicitly told me my car was "not part of it" and that it was "fine," just so they could get me to drive it off the lot and avoid doing the work. The car didn't even make it out of the driveway safely. Increased Damages: Not only did they not fix the original issue, but they actually added more issues to my car. It was in better shape before I dropped it off. Dismissive and Unprofessional: The service advisor completely dismissed my concerns. When I tried to discuss the issues, I was ignored. Major Administrative Fraud: To make matters worse, they didn't even put the service ticket under my name. They put it under someone else’s name to avoid a paper trail. Towed Immediately: The car was so badly handled by their staff that I had to have it towed immediately after leaving.They are trying to use technicalities to dodge liability for a dangerous recall issue. This is not just bad service; it is negligent and dangerous. If you value your safety and your money, go ANYWHERE else.I am currently in contact with a lawyer regarding their negligence and fraudulent behavior. DO NOT TRUST THEM.

  I had an incredible experience with them! Elijah was very nice and was able to work with my budget! Drove off in a new car that I absolutely love! Forever a Kia girl! Update: turns out me and my husband both got new cars! Incredible experience once again. Elijah was very informative and was even able to get us more money for me selling them my optima. They even had 3 people work on getting my license plate off of my optima (sad to see her go and wanted something to remember her by!) because the plate was stuck lol We will always go to them for our car needs. Cannot recommend this place enough! SEE ELIJAH!! ✨

  I cannot adequately express my gratitude for Tommy in helping me secure my first new car! I had to go about leasing in an unconditional method and he was not hesitant in bringing the vehicle to me to make to transaction easier. Tommy made it such a smooth transaction and his warmth and kindness made me feel at ease immediately before we even met in person. I love my Kia Seltos! It's exactly what I was looking for as far as size and function. And look at this gorgeous color! Thank you so much Tommy and Sweeney Kia. 💜✌️
