  We called the used Department at James Wood Decatur Herb Lockhart answered our call. My name is Kayla and I am disabled my husband Brad works full-time and we needed a vehicle that could get me around. Herb was able to help us get the application started over the phone and everything was done online and I didn't have to go in until all the paperwork was done. Herb made everything very simple and was able to get us into a 2023 Chevy Equinox. With my disability I am able to get in a very easily we are so happy.   Buying from James Wood Motors was a breeze! As a first time car buyer, I wanted to make sure I was getting the best deal and that I understood everything that came along with purchasing a vehicle. Paul was the salesman I worked with. He was patient and understanding, making sure all of my questions were answered because he knew this was a big decision for me. Everyone I spoke with was kind and helpful. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience as a first time car buyer! I highly recommend James Wood Motors and their team.

  My Experience was so Amazing seen this car online sent the dealer a message Matt Garretson gave me a call. Matt was very professional, honest & easy going. I’m glad I waited patiently it’s a lot of dealers who’s getting over in this economy but not here. I drove off so happy & satisfied.   I had a great experience buying my new truck from Clay Estes. I have purchased vehicles from him in the past and followed him to your delearship. He is always very friendly, professional and thorough. He does everything possible to make a deal happen within his means. He even stays late to ensure a great experience is had by his customers, with no complaints or an "attitude." He is wonderful and amazing and I will continue to purchase my future vehicles from him and James Wood Motors.

  A very big thank you to the team at James Wood GMC in Decatur for helping my husband with the purchase of his new truck! After a few weeks of online shopping all the local dealerships, he was ready to buy. The salesman, Derek Ward was friendly and efficient- got most of the deal done over the phone and had the truck out front and ready for a test drive at arrival. His 12 year old, 240k mile trade in was appraised fairly. Finance was ready as soon as he got back and Ruben Cantu was quick and transparent. Signing was complete in less than 30 minutes. The GSM, Brandt Wicker was also very kind accommodating. Hoping to have a great experience in service as well when the time comes!
