  After significant research, I contacted several dealerships regarding a Hyundai Tucson vehicle. All the dealerships were responsive and helpful, but James Wood Hyundai had the best price and the best sales person. Added plus—keeping our $ in Wise County. Andrew Belden was a delight. He was low key and never pushy or impatient. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle I wanted. He provided us great information to help us choose the best options for us. I ended up with exactly the car and options I wanted. Every employee interaction we had was positive. I recommend James Wood Hyundai—and be sure to ask for Andrew!

  Had the best experience buying my 2026 Hyundai Elantra from Andrew at James Wood Hyundai! He made the whole process super easy and wasn’t pushy at all, which I really appreciated. He answered all of our questions, kept everything straightforward, and made buying a car way less stressful than I expected. I love with my new Elantra and couldn’t be happier!   We had a great experience with this dealership from start to finish. The manager, Trey Moss, was incredibly helpful and responsive over email for about a week, making the whole process smooth and stress-free before we even stepped in. When we came in, the salesperson we worked with, Andrew Belden, was just as impressive. He really listened to what we wanted, never talked over us, and didn’t raise any concerns or pressure at any point. It truly felt like he was focused on helping us rather than just making a sale. We actually went in planning to buy a specific car, but after test-driving another option, we ended up going with a bigger vehicle—lol. Throughout that whole process, they were extremely patient as we figured things out, answered all our questions, and made sure we felt confident in our decision without ever rushing us. Overall, the team gave us their best, and it showed. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a straightforward, respectful, and flexible car-buying experience.
