They made this buying experience super easy and the financing team made it extremely smooth and clear for the financing part. Shout out to Cheyenne and George at Jay Hatfield Chevy in Vinita, Oklahoma. I feel like I really got my money's worth and a good deal on the vehicle I purchased through them.

We knew what we wanted to look at before we made an appointment, Cheyenne had the vehicle ready for us to drive. It was a very satisfying experience, we didn't feel pushed and appreciated that a lot!! Quick and easy!!

Awesome! Traveling from New Mexico to Pennsylvania and needed emergency repairs. Completed in less than 24 hours and back on the road in time to make it to PA. Excellent courteous service. Very much appreciated. Jacob was great! Thanks, Bill B from Las Cruces!

The last 2 times I checked the oil level when I got home. Both times the oil on the dipstick was as dirty as before I took it in. This tells me it was not drained completely. Possibly the drain plug and filter were not removed at the same time or not given enough time to drain completely. This is not Quick Lube, its a dealership. Do quaulity work, not quicker....
