  Sales staff was great! They let me take my time driving the truck from Columbus to Parsons to show my family. When I got back we rolled up our sleeves and went to work. I felt I received a fair deal for my Tacoma and purchased a full size truck.

  I purchased my first Subaru from Jay Hatfield last month. Brian helped me secure a great deal on the car and he was great to work with. I am loving the car so far! I hadn’t bought a car before without being given the title same day, so that was an interesting experience. Overall good customer service and I am very happy with my purchase.

  My daughter wanted a specific used vehicle this dealership had listed so we contacted them and set up an appointment to look at it. She drove a few vehicles and made a purchase. Promises were made for an “excellent detail” on the used vehicle (it had previously had dogs in it). They sent her away with a loaner so they could detail the one she purchased. One and a half weeks later she picked up her car, which had definitely not been fully detailed. It looked as if it had been quickly vacuumed and that was it. Still smelled, had something sticky in several places, dirty headliner, dirty seats. Gas tank was half full (she had been promised it would be full). One tire also has a plug in it, which is pretty disappointing, and seems like an easy fix the dealer should have taken of from a safety perspective. I would not recommend this dealership—in fact I would say that it was the most disappointing car purchase I have ever experienced. Promises were made but not kept.
