  It was raining out and the sales men were standing there,and Jamal was the lucky one lol.. he was the nicest laid back sales man ever. I'd definitely ask for him if you need a new car.and the finance gentleman (sorry forgot his name) he's was awesome as well got me a great rate. So over all that was a GREAT EXPERIENCE...

  Went in last week and checked out a couple cars with their salesman Jamal. He was phenomenal. Knowledgeable, helpful and not pushy at all. We left, thought it over and came back and bought 2 2026 Hybrid Sportages. We got a great deal on our two trade in vehicles by their manager Dennis. But the reason we came back and purchased was because of how Jamal treated us and his professionalism. He was awesome. If I could give him 6 stars, I would. Overall easy experience, would definitely be back to buy again in the future if we’re still in the area.

  As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by staff and introduced to Chris, who would be taking care of me. Chris walked me through the vehicles I was interested in looking at, and went over their benefits. Once my fiancé and I decided on the 2026 K4 LX, Chris let us test drive it and it was a wonderful choice. The rest of the team was helpful and professional throughout the process, and I could not be happier with my experience here. You all have a customer for life. Thank you so much Chris and the entire J.B.A. KIA team.

  Such an easy journey we had in finding the perfect KIA for our little crew! After talking through needs and likes, Randy helped us narrow it down to 2 vehicles. We then test drove both and fell in love with the Carnival. We left to have lunch and discuss without feeling any pressure from the team, and then came back with our kids to see how it would feel with them - they loved it too and we were able to bring our new ride home within just a couple of hours. Troy on the finance team was super straightforward and we weren’t left waiting for long periods of time like you so often are in a dealership. Great experience, would recommend!

  If I could give JBA Kia and salesman Tim Pannuty zero stars, I would. I had the misfortune of dealing with Tim a week ago, and his entire approach belongs in a textbook on how NOT to treat people. It was straight out of a slimy 1980s playbook—suffocating high-pressure tactics from start to finish. When I didn't fold under his pressure, he shifted into a pathetic guilt-trip routine, trying to make me feel bad for not handing him a commission. The lack of professionalism was staggering. ​Beyond his toxic attitude, what really enrages me is the deliberate lack of transparency regarding the Kia Telluride. They completely glossed over and hid the widespread mechanical problems surrounding the 3.8L V6 engine’s severe oil consumption issues. These vehicles are notorious for burning through oil at an alarming rate between service intervals—sometimes losing multiple quarts with zero warning signs or oil lights—leading to completely starved engines and catastrophic failure. The fact that Tim and the management team at JBA aggressively push these vehicles while actively withholding known reliability and safety flaws tells you everything you need to know about their ethics. They care about moving metal, not customer safety. Go anywhere else.
