Owners may contact FCA customer service at 1-800-853-1403. FCA's number for this recall is 05D. Child Seat: Vehicle Tether Anchor

Campaign 26V224000

Risk: A child that is not properly restrained during a crash can have an increased risk of injury.

Update: The dealership responded claiming that, "records show the vehicle was involved in an accident after it left our dealership." To clarify, this vehicle has not been involved in any accidents, abnormal driving or wear and tear, or aggressive handling. The damage mentioned in my original review below was present at the time of sale. Additional pictures included are from August 2024, when the vehicle was first purchased, to go along with the current state following their makeshift "glue" repairs failure, where tape is needed to hold the bumper up. Along with the current state of the windshield, which includes a large crack (occurring after purchase), and a chip (obtained prior to purchase), to show the damaged state of the windshield which led to the stressed state causing the crack. The only insurance claim that has been filed on the vehicle was to replace the windshield, which I claimed following the crack (again, the chip came first - along with tons of smaller scratches and chips, rendering the windshield needing to be replaced by the dealership regardless, prior to purchase) Original review: When I first bought the car from them, the grille was scratched and windshield chipped. They said they would fix it. I didn’t get the car until 2 weeks later, where they fixed the grille but did something to the front bumper so it no longer went in, their own mechanics said it needs to be replaced and told the GM themselves. The previous manager and salesman who sold me the car promised the bumper and windshield to be fixed. A week later when I brought it back, they both quit. The GM then refused to fix it, and said if I can get in contact with the manager who said this then he will fix it. When I called the manager, he said it should be getting fixed in front of me and the GM. The GM then said he doesn’t work with t
