  I’ve bought a lot of vehicles over the years, and working with Chasity was honestly one of the best experiences I’ve had.   I arrived 15 minutes early for my appointment. Took 2 hours to get my oil changed. Received the first text from the service team. But then didn't receive any other information. After 2 hours the advisor came to get me. And I was advised while paying that they were some issues that they would like to discuss with me that should have been in the video and the email which I never received. I had a low tire when I arrived I still had a low tire when I left which made me wonder what service I really paid for was the 14 point service really followed. After several years of being a customer I'm not sure I will be returning.

  Johnny Howard was an amazing salesman and dealing with him was a easy. He was knowledgeable on every thing we needed know about the Durango and Derrick Jones was awesome about explaining everything through the finance part and made our visit a great one. Overall very easy process working with both at Jeff Wyler CDJR at Columbus. Great team!

  I can’t say enough good things about JOHNNY!!! He went above and beyond to help me find the best deal possible and never made me feel pressured. He stayed late, worked through every option, and genuinely cared about getting me into the right car at a price that worked for me. The whole experience was smooth, honest, and stress-free.
