  We had a wonderful experience at Jeff Wyler. We really appreciated the customer service. Dalton took good care of us and we are thankful that we could get a deal done. We were from out of town and traveled a long distance to check out a vehicle we were interested in. The negotiation process was very professional and we felt like we were taken care of. We are happy Jeff Wyler customers and would recommend anyone searching for a vehicle to visit any one of their locations.

  After looking for my dream car (an orange Jeep wrangler) we stopped in to the business on Greendale, Indiana and talked to Derrick Baltrusch. He made some calls and had our Jeep delivered and ready to go in less than 2 days. We were very happy with the service, the professionalism and the friendliness of Derrick and the entire staff.

  I had an absolute AMAZING experience working with my salesman, Ben and the finance guy, Brandon. We came from another dealer and were unimpressed with their level of customer service (to say the least). I'm so happy we made the drive from Louisville to meet with Ben! He got me exactly what I wanted and didn't try to hagle me. He was extremely personable and professional. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone 😀

  Derrick and his co-worker was so helpful and made me feel like true value customer not just another number. Derrick truly know how to treat a customer's. He knows what a customer meant to him. When I walk into the dealership. Not only he approached me and knowledge me and not ignoring me. Derrick advised me that he was with another customer. Asked me if I didn't mind waiting or his co-worker will take care of me. I know what is like going into car dealership. They hound, you like a shark and be very pushing. I truly didn't feel that way with Derrick and his co-worker. They didn't asked any question, they only listen to all my questions. They answered all my questions honestly and truthfully. I also I like to thank there manager and show me behind the scene on his computer and show me everything they said was true and that there was no hidden fee. I would differently recommend 100% anyone to go Jeff Wyler on Lawrenceburg, IN dealership!

  I had a wonderful experience at this dealership. Randy Byrd was my salesman and was a fantastic guy. He was on top of everything and made sure I was well taken care of. Randy treated me with Great hospitality and respect for being a younger customer (19). He assisted me in the purchase of a 2015 cls63 s amg. Made sure the car was in very clean condition and made trading in my lexus rc350 f sport a breeze. Highly recommend having Randy as your sales guy very enthusiastic and kind. Also their lot has a wide plethora of vehicles to choose from. Fantastic sales team at this Jeff wyler dealership.
