  I found a Jeep Wrangler Sahara at Jeff Wyler that I was interested in purchasing. I went to the dealership and test drove the vehicle and decided to move forward with their bate and switch financial process. At that time, jeep was offering special incentives. The financial Consultant reassured me that all special incentives were applied to the sale. Buying a car can be very stressful and sometime confusing.. After all the documents were signed and I arrived home I decided to look over the documents. I realized that the Finance Consultant had lied to me. All special incentives were not applied to the sale. The Jeep Wrangler that I purchase didn’t included the side step so I paid substantial amount of money to have them add them to my jeep. The sales manger reassured me that he had placed an order for them. The jeep wrangler on their sales lot that came with side steps had a really nice mopar side step on them. I assumed that would be what he ordered for my jeep. A week had past and I hadn’t heard back from the sales manger about installing the side steps so I called and they scheduled a day for them to be installed. When I went to pick my jeep up after the insulation I was so disappointed. The side steps were cheap looking (bottom of the line). They weren’t even made for jeeps The were designed for a truck. When I called to express how disappointed I was they told me that I would have to pay another 795.00 plus labor for better quality side steps. If you’re looking to buy a vehicle. Please reconsider not buying from this dealership. They don’t have any appreciation for their customers.
