  This dealership was great to deal with. Patrick, Tim, and whole staff were polite, attentive, prompt, and interested in selling a vehicle! I would recommend this dealership, and would use them in the future. Very pleased overall.

  Mike Locicero was extremely professional and helpful. This is truly the best customer service my husband and I have ever experienced. I highly recommend visiting this dealership and meeting with Mike, you won’t be disappointed.

  The service department was decent as well as their parts dept. when I purchased my last car from them I kind of got screwed on the extended warranty terms. The killer of that dealership is the body shop and in particular its manager. This guy is a complete clown who thinks he knows it all and sits there talking to his buddies on the phone while you wait. I had 4 factory decals removed and the condition I got my car back in was completely unacceptable with adhesive everywhere. I brought it back a second time after I had the car fixed elsewhere. I had an appointment set up with Tim Barnard that week to order a ZR2 Silverado and a Z06 Corvette. I took the car in and the body shop manager flat out told me he didn’t want to work on my car. I called and cancelled my appointment to order the new vehicles and I went elsewhere. I’ll never return thanks to the body shop.

  My Equinox EV came into Barnard Chevrolet, Churchville NY, for a recall. The service provided was a software update, which is usually remote. I read at home the EV’s are so quiet, people don’t always hear an EV approaching, so I assume the software update addressed that issue. The car is still very quiet. It took 25-30 minutes and I was on my way…. Great job, team Barnard

  I have been going to Jim Barnard Chevrolet for service on my vehicle for over 4 decades. The reason is because they are friendly, professional and, as a single woman with very little automotive knowledge, they have never made me feel like I’m being taken advantage of, just the opposite. They also do a full inspection twice a year when I get my oil changed and provide a handout of each area of the vehicle marking green, yellow, or red, indicating when a potential type of service may be needed in the future. Their prices may be somewhat higher than local service garages but I’ve never walked out of there dissatisfied with the service I receive. I recently had issues with my 2 front tires experiencing low psi, requiring me to stop at gas stations to fill the tires every couple of days in frigid temperatures. I thought I’d try going to Firestone, as it was just around the corner, whereas Barnard is 30 minutes, and assumed Firestone specialized in tires and issues with them. I went round and round with Firestone, having to take my car back 3 times, and ultimately ended up back at Barnard, where the problem was quickly resolved. Thank you Jim Barnard Chevrolet team for the many years of satisfied service!
