  Amazing experience from start to finish!!! My sales guy was Iman Eshani!! Never pressured me and answered all of my questions!!! If he didn’t know the answer he found someone who did! I originally came here looking for a car for my daughter! She needed a car and the main requirements were safety and reliability! They explained the safety very well! And that was my main concern! Gave me the history of Kia!! Look it up very fascinating! Soooo……. My daughter bought a car Friday and I showed up Saturday to by the same car in a different color! Who would have thought a Toyota girl all the way would buy a KIA!! Yep this girl did! So me and my daughter twinning!!!

  My wife and I had an amazing experience with Jim Butler Kia in Chesterfield, Missouri purchasing our new 2026 Sorento. After watching YouTube videos about the process of dealing with a dealership, we were a little apprehensive about going through the entire process, but knew if we were going to find the right vehicle, we had to accept that. It had been 20 years since we bought a brand new car and 10 years driving the vehicle we have since traded in with this purchase. As soon as we got out of the car, we began looking at the Telluride. We were met by Cheryl C. like she had known us for years. We explained what we were initially looking for and released four vehicles into our hands to test drive down the service road next to the dealership. There was a process of elimination, but eventually we narrowed our choice down to the Sorento. We had considered the hybrid in both the Telluride and Sorento, but the Sorento offered more comfort for my wife, driving a slightly smaller vehicle. Cheryl brought as much information as she had available to her on incentives and a trade-in. The entire process for us was well balanced between Cheryl, her sales manager Scott, and Richie in finance. Before final purchase, we noticed rim damage on the front right of the vehicle. It was agreed to finish the deal and they would stand good for repairing the minor damage. Within a week, we were back at the dealership to drop off the car for repair. Keith, in the service department, went above and beyond to make sure we had the issue resolved. In closing, this was not a quick decision. We took months to decide among all the top auto manufacturers who would stand with us with industry leading warranties and technology to improve our driving experience. Thank you, Jim Butler Kia and your staff for being customer driven, and patient as we explored what would serve us well long-term, and treating my wife and I like family!

  We had a great experience at Jim Butler Kia! The entire team was friendly, transparent, and never made us feel pressured to buy. They took the time to explain pricing, financing, and all of our options, making the process stress-free. Even with our cranky toddler, everyone was patient, accommodating, and respectful of our time. Buying our new Sorento was a smooth and enjoyable experience. We’d definitely recommend Jim Butler Kia to anyone looking for a new vehicle!

  Had a great experience at Jim Butler Kia. The sales team was knowledgeable, personable, and easy to work with from start to finish. They had a great selection of vehicles in stock, were patient with all of my questions, and made the entire process comfortable and pressure-free. The dealership was also clean, organized, and well run. Highly recommend if you’re shopping for a new vehicle!

  Absolutely phenomenal dealership! I probably could go on and on about how helpful this place was from the first phone call with Vernisha to my sales guy John handing me my keys. This dealership truly cares about getting someone into the right vehicle with the right price! As a new car owner, the process has been absolutely hectic, but Jim Butler Kia truly helped me out and made this one of the best experiences! Highly recommend!
